This research was conducted to identify problem and give recommendation of factors influencing implementation success ERP to avoid recurrence of the same problem in the next project. In preparing for implementation an ERP in an organization, there are several things to note that are critical success factor in implementing an ERP. There is a research from Deloitte which was in 2005, shows that factors from change management are very influential on successful implementation in ERP, which the highest factor are project leadership (87%), deployment (83%), end-user training (70%), end-user communication (53%), end user involvement (50%), and just around 20% which show that cultural factor affect the success of implementation. The existence of this research is expected to help institution in preventing failures in ERP project implementation in the future.
