In preparing for implementation an ERP in an organization, there are several things to note that are critical success factor in implementing an ERP. There is a research from Deloitte which was in 2005, shows that factors from change management are very influential on successful implementation in ERP, which the highest factor are project leadership (87%), deployment (83%), end-user training (70%), end-user communication (53%), end user involvement (50%), and just around 20% which show that cultural factor affect the success of implementation.
