The government of the Republic of Indonesia has intructed banking to provide credit facilities especially for the middle and lower businesses. Banking credit agreement is a standard contract made by the bank by almost not giving freedom at all to the other parties to do negotiation for the requirements offered. This type of research using a normative juridicial research. This research aims to analyze the exoneration clauses in a credit agreement between PT. Bank Mandiri Persero (Tbk) Semarang with Wibowo, S.E. and Siti Aisyah. The bank credit agreement is the legal agreement to the Article 1320 of Indonesian Civil Code. However, the exoneration clauses listed on it contradicts some basis in the law agreement and also violates the provisions of Article 18 of The Consumer Protection Act. Clauses in a credit agreement are made to regulate the rights and the obligatons of the parties so that reasonable risk sharing occures between the bank and the customer. In fact, exoneration clauses are often abused by businessman attempting to diminish, divert and even refuse responsibility. The result of this research concludes that: First, the Government must provide more limits on the using of exoneration clauses through revision of The Consumer Protection Act. Second, PT. The general election referred to here is elections to elect members of the legislature, regional representative councils, regional legislatures, president amd vice president. Both of thr provisions have been limitative, so there will no be any other elections that included. However, in its development, the Constittutional Court of the Republc of Indonesia is given the power to decide upon disputes ovrr the results of regional hed elections with a legal basis of the Constittutional Court Ruling Number 072-073/PUU-II/2004. However, a litle later the Constttution Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Consttttuional Court Ruling Number 97/PUU-XI/2013 which said tht the Constitusional Court of the Republic of Indonesia can’t have the power to decide upon disputes over the resuls of regional hed elections. This reaises problems regarding whether regional head elections are included in thr general election regime? And whether the Constitutional Court of the Republic Indonesia has thr authorty to decide upon disputes over the results of regional hed elections? Thr Author examined the issue by normative method. The certificate that is made by PPAT must be made based on the deeds of the law by the parties. The authentic certificate can be used as evidence in case of dispute based on the ordinance. According to Article 22 Regulation Number 37 of 1998, the certificate must be read by The Land Deed Official in front of the parties along with two witnesses. However, in this case, The Land Deed Official asked one party to sign on the blank certificate, as a result the certificate wasn’t being read in front of the parties. This deed is accused of maladministration that includes unlawful procedures, abuse of power, malfunction and unfairness or incompetence. The author examines the problem using normative legal research methods which supported by some interviews with the ones who are experts in the field of the land and maladministration. This deed resulted in the existence of legal consequences. However, there are still a number of producers who in carrying out business activities that still violate the provisions in the UUPK, one of which is cigarette producers. Therefore, the author propose a problem about how cigarette manufacturers' responsibility for the dangers of cigarettes according to the Consumer Protection Law and the Health Law. The author examines the problem by using normative legal research methods that use secondary data. Technology advancement has promoted the introduction of online transportation in Indonesia. However, there is no clear integrated regulation of online transportation including reserve driver. This research also to look at how online transportation company will be responsible on the consumer who used the service of ‘backup’ driver; and what is the legal protection of the consumer in order to protect consumer who had used the service of reserve driver. The method used in this research is normative research specifications, using secondary data and primary data as supporting data with the law approach. The result shows that online transportation customers with reserve driver cannot hold accountability to the online transportation company based on Article 19 of the UUPK and Article 192 UULLAJ, because the business owners are not public transport companies but are the application-based companies. In addition, online transportation also does not provide legal protection to passengers, including of reserve driver, consumers cannot sue the company under UUPK or UULLAJ, but consumers can sue the company under Article 1365 of the Civil Code. Hence, author suggests the government should issue a government-controlled regulation regarding online transportation including reserve driver which could result in the provisions usage of the carrier responsibility in accordance to the UULLAJ by online transportation. Under the guidance of Mr. DR.DIAN ADRIAWAN, S.H, M.H. This study aims to analyze the legal arrangements regarding criminal acts of premeditated murder by a group of people in Decision Number: no: 328 / PID / 2017 / PT.DKI. This research was carried out in the city of Jakarta by selecting agencies related to this case namely in the Jakarta High Court. Data collection method used is documentation study method then the data obtained is analyzed descriptively qualitative so as to reveal the expected results and conclusions on the problem. The results of this study indicate that 1) Legal arrangements for criminal acts of murder have been regulated in general in the Criminal Code (KUHP). And the murder plans to be in article 340 of the Criminal Code 2) The application of the material criminal law to the perpetrator of the Murder criminal act is appropriate, as regulated and threatened with criminality in Article 340 of the Criminal Code. Judicial legal considerations in imposing death penalty on 2 and 1 prisoners for life of the defendants from 4 perpetrators who are still alive is correct. On December 22 Year 2017, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta imposed a new concept of structuring the Tanah Abang market area. Access to transportation until the placement of street vendors starts to be changed, there are some changes to the concept of Tanah Abang market area, the road along Tanah Abang station on Jati Baru Raya road will be closed, the second change of street vendors who usually sell in Tanah Abang market area will be moved to the front of the road in front of Tanah Abang station. Policies taken by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta proved to violate Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 Year 2004 concerning Roads, Article 128 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The results of the research conducted by normative research and through several literature such as legal books, regulations, and guidelines, show that in fact, reason mediation has been carried out in the community and carried out by several law enforcement officials in the framework of the settlement process criminal. In the process of proofing, someone could be determined as defendant or not by relating the facts that happened with the available evidence in the trial. Process of proofing refers to Criminal Code Procedure Article 183 which about need minimum of 2 (two) valid evidence and to get Judge’s conviction and also refers to Criminal Code Procedure Article 184 which about valid evidence that can use in the trial. Along with the current development that continuously evolving, there is evidences outside of Criminal Code Procedure. Closed Circuit Television is one of many evidences that arranged in Law of Republic Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transaction. Now, Closed Circuit Television often used in trial to give more explanation about unclear facts to make it clear. But, to use Closed Circuit Television as evidence, it needs related to Criminal Code Procedure Article 188.
