At the macro level, the bottleneck process and the process procedures deficiencies of E-Cell workstation were elucidated mainly through process analysis and \"ECRS Four Principles\"; at the micro level, the man-machine operation problems of E-Cell workstation were pointed out mainly by means of \"Action Economy Principle\". On this basis, the improvement scheme of Man-machine cooperation in E-Cell workstation were designed and put forward; then, flexsim simulation technology was used to simulate and evaluate the implementation effect of improvement scheme. The Eu<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-doped Sr<inf>3</inf>Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>6</inf> powder was synthesized at 1000°C–1300°C for 4 h. The variations in the morphologies of Eu<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-doped Sr<inf>3</inf>Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>6</inf> phosphors were observed using a FESEM. As the synthesizing temperature increases, the crystallization and particle sizes of the Eu<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-doped Sr<inf>3</inf>Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>6</inf> composition are significantly improved. From the photoluminescence excitation spectrum we found that 240 nm was the optimum excitation optical wavelength to excite the Eu<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-doped Sr<inf>3</inf>Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>6</inf> phosphors. The mechanism was created by the INVENTOR software and then obtained the output displacement (DI) by finite element method (FEM) in ANSYS. The FEM result indicated that thickness of flexure hinge (TOFH) strong impact on displacement of the mechanism and input body length contributed rising displacement according two axis x and y direction of the proposed model. The maximum value of displacement achieved 0.683 mm according x and y direction with input displacement of 0.01 amplified 68.3 times. In HDWSNs, the duty cycle design method is crucial because the energy of a battery is limited. To have a longer network lifetime, duty cycle scheme should be designed properly. Hence, a new parallel hybrid grey wolf optimization (PHGWO) is proposed in this paper for solving the duty cycle design problem. In the experiments, we compare the network lifetime of PHGWO with genetic algorithm (GA), shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Simulation results show that the PHGWO for the duty cycle design problem in HDWSN enjoys an optimizing the system efficiency compared to the conventional GA, SFLA and PSO methods while maintaining lifetime optimization. Self-organizing wireless sensor network (SOWSN) has a variety of abilities such as information acquisition, wireless communication, computation and free-infrastructure capabilities. SOWSN is intensively studied and used in homelands security, military affairs, environmental, industrial process control, advanced health care delivery and many other areas. How to minimize path energy consumption in SOWSN is a main issue in solving the multi-constrained quality of services (QoS) routing problem. It affects the energy cost optimization as well as the energy cost optimization greatly. Aiming to solve the QoS routing problem in SOWSN, we propose an improved clone cuckoo search algorithm (ICCSA). It is a randomized swarm optimization method to achieve lower energy cost optimization. The proposed algorithm is motivated by improved theory and clone theory and based on an efficient cuckoo search algorithm. It has many advantages by using the improved operator as well as clone operator. Computer simulations are given to compare the overall performance of ICCSA with artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA), bat algorithm (BA) and ant colony algorithm (ACO), which demonstrates the validity and efficacy of the designed algorithm. By simply paralleling output inductor with a clamp switch, zero voltage switching(ZVS) of both main and synchronous switches can be realized. As a result of soft switching, higher conversion rate of input and output voltage and higher efficiency is able to be realized. Meanwhile, a fixed frequency control mode is adopted to simplify the design of EMI filters. The method of making the data set which can be used to convert MNIST into SSD is given, and the training flow is given, and the experimental results are analyzed. In order to overcome this problem, a novel methodology contains a target heuristic operator and a reparation operator is proposed in this paper. In this study, the maps consist of the obstacles areas and the feasible areas are decomposed by grids. These two operators are integrated into the GA and applied to acquire the collision-free shortest path in a static two-dimension environment. The experimental data show that the methodology can decrease significantly the random search time for generating the initial population and improve the quality of the initial population generation.
