At the macro level, the bottleneck process and the process procedures deficiencies of E-Cell workstation were elucidated mainly through process analysis and \"ECRS Four Principles\"; at the micro level, the man-machine operation problems of E-Cell workstation were pointed out mainly by means of \"Action Economy Principle\". On this basis, the improvement scheme of Man-machine cooperation in E-Cell workstation were designed and put forward; then, flexsim simulation technology was used to simulate and evaluate the implementation effect of improvement scheme.
