We analyze in detail only the case when the called user and call receiver signals strengths are low. It is proved that smart call forwarding not only increases usage of services and the percent of successful calls and prevents call drops and the call dismission. On the simple example, we showed that this call loss increase is greater in the case of local (internal) and incoming calls, but smaller in the case of outgoing calls. The reason for this conditional behavior is within the role of call forwarding operates within the case of internal and incoming signal. In this article different call forwarding techniques in LTE network are discussed. Some of these techniques have a few drawbacks such as the performance of the call forwarding mechanism depends on the channel quality and speed of the mobile node, the smart call forwarding optimizing algorithms tend to increase the switchover rate and the switchover prediction techniques cannot predict the switchover if the signal strengths are low. The survey also indicates the promising factors of the switchover mechanisms in LTE as compared to another cellular strength also this approach discusses about conditional smart call forwarding techniques affairs smart call forwarding function decreases the impact of restricted range of users on the limitation of offered signal strength, scrutiny to the case of internal and incoming signal strength without smart call forwarding. This statement is illustrated by comparison on different phone states when Idle, ringing and outgoing calls. After smart call forwarding function, and with this function when considering, separately, internal, incoming, and outgoing calls after the automatic smart call forwarding with the help of other subscriber identity number which is present in the current mobile hand set","PeriodicalId":206653,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Advanced Informatics for Computing Research - ICAICR '19","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132235209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to the various superior capabilities, which includes large current carrying capacity, very high conductivity and strength. The performance of doped multilayer GNR is far better than neutral GNR for global line. It has been seen Fermi energy increases with suitable addition of dopant atoms. Therefore, doping has a direct impact on Fermi energy and can cause reduction in parasitic components present in interconnects. Dependence of propagation delay and Power Delay Product (PDP) on Fermi energy is analyzed. With insertion of suitable repeaters, the performance of doped multi-layer graphene nanoribbon is studied for varying technology nodes. It is observed that doped multilayer MLGNR with proper Fermi energy at global lengths can outperform and replace copper interconnects.","PeriodicalId":206653,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Advanced Informatics for Computing Research - ICAICR '19","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132280949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

High level of sugar in blood and urine leads to diabetes which damages the kidneys, eyes, nerves, blood vessels, heart with potential risk of life threat if not cured in time. Diabetes can be prevented with physical exercises, work out, and healthy diet. Diabetes can also be cured if detected in early stages. However, in today's busy life people tend to ignore physical activity and take unhealthy food causing high glucose level in blood. Patients are generally diagnosed with diabetes in late stages due to which it becomes challenging to cure the disease. To prevent and detect the diabetes in early stages, a solution is needed which can integrated with user's day-to-day life and can continuously monitor their diet/fold and physical activities. In this paper, we are proposing cloud-based recommender system/engine which will further integrate with user's smartphone and wearable devices to prevent diabetes by recommending healthy lifestyle and diet to diabetic patients.","PeriodicalId":206653,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Advanced Informatics for Computing Research - ICAICR '19","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128697854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Humans classify scenes based on local features along with context and also compared with other features. A scene can be described in multiple ways and include details about objects, regions, geometry, location, activities, and even nonvisual attributes. We present a class of efficient streamlined SSD Mobilenet architecture, uses depthwise separate convolution for strong performance on COCO dataset to utilized to recognize real-world objects in Indoor-Outdoor Scene Images. In the scene analysis, the spatial properties are evaluated to generate the final linguistic interpretation and improve classification performance. In this paper, we have proposed an outdoor scene analysis system, by which decision tree rules can be learned to recognize scene categories. The major advantage of this work is by using low-level features, minimal training data, maximum accuracy of prediction analysis. This proposed methodology has been work well to overcome the outdoor scene challenges like lighting conditions and shape complexity. Scene understanding has a great impact on computer vision due to perceiving, analyzing, and interpreting the visual scene which leads to new inventions. In this paper, we present the methodology to recognize the real world scenes in different categories. This approach takes into developing a sequential hierarchy of identifying objects in the scene followed by combining spatial relationships and important scene properties.","PeriodicalId":206653,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Advanced Informatics for Computing Research - ICAICR '19","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131736952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
