To reduce the discrimination in China, firstly the behavior of discrimination and the objects of three parts in SME lending have been identified by attribution analysis, which becomes the basis of E-government service network design; Then, based on policies and regulations in China, the paper constructed the service value network of inter-organizational information sharing, and designed E-government service system in SME lending screening and the monitoring, as a new perspective to solve the problem of the discrimination. This study provide a reference for developing country which has a similar \"discrimination of SME\" and a same conditions of credit information.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"101 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120865400","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among them, gift card is widely used in major businesses. In this paper, we studied the pricing strategy of retailer-sponsored gift card. We develop a model depending on the wholesale price is fixed and the gift card redemption is increasing in gift card value. We explore the optimal retail price and the optimal gift card value and get the profits of retailer, manufacturer and the supply chains. Finally, we do a comparative static analysis to explore the implications of taking gift card to manufacturer, retailer and consumers.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123956800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As transportation involves a number of routes, outsourcing may be distributed to several logistics service providers. In this paper, combinatorial auction and mechanism design theory are introduced to transportation routes planning. logistics service providers are selected by bidding. A feasible mechanism maximizes the common profits of both the enterprise and logistics service providers are designed. The mechanism satisfies incentive compatibility, individual rationality and ex post budget balance. Besides, an available algorithm is proposed for solving such a problem.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125964531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Utilizing the expert score tool on super efficiency results, we propose a multinomial regression model which aims to achieve the selection purpose of new public constructed projects. The efficiency of decision making units represented is estimated using the nonparametric frontier model of DEA and statistical inference for estimators is based on bootstrap. Conclusion is conducted that it ought to have at least one influential environmental factor that plays significant roles in terms of ranking public projects performance. And the method would be beneficial to the government decision-making process in public resource allocation and operation problems.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124745813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Furthermore, by dividing conservatism into conditional conservatism and non-conditional conservatism, it is discovered that non-conditional conservatism is endogenous to accounting system which can better alleviate corporate financial constraint than post-event conditional conservatism. The conclusions will inspire the listed corporations to improve accounting information quality for decreasing financial constraint.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128490335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our empirical work uses the unbalanced panel data of 545 sample companies of agricultural and sideline food processing industry in China, during the period of 2004 to 2007. The final results show that the TFP indices have a fluctuation within a narrow range, which mainly come from technical change rather than efficiency change during the report period. On the other hand, we find that the vast majority of agricultural and sideline food processing companies in our country are in the state of small scale and technical inefficiency.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127159695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

How to balance between them, determined the optimal number of windows, it is critical to network. This paper made two optimized on the basis of the existing operational processes on the network. First, I optimized the shelves stocked, shortening the service time and increase the average service rate. Secondly, I arranged for different numbers at different times for windows and optimize the number of employees. Finally, I calculate the cost-benefit comparison of before and after optimization. By reasonable optimization to working time, number of windows, shelves arranged number of employees and salaries, while optimizing residential pickup strategy, to intensify propaganda. There are two main methodologies in the existing project management (PM): the Last Planner and Scrum, which are rooted in the foundation of the conventional PM doctrine: planning and control. When customers as co-creators are directly engaged in PM processes, the traditional concept of control in PM is unsuitable to a value co-creation project. Therefore, a new managerial methodology is essential for value co-creation activities in new PM. We apply the KIKI model for the new PM based on a service-centered view and a service systems thinking. The model is focused on value co-creation through knowledge creation by such steps as knowledge sharing; identifying needs; knowledge integrating; implementation to meet needs. Those steps are spirally developed such that the knowledge creating process is able to efficiently develop to convert into values. We verify the adaption of the KIKI model in PM through a case study in an English education project. The significance of the framework is in both academic and practical aspects on PM.","PeriodicalId":206364,"journal":{"name":"2014 11th International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management (ICSSSM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130971187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
