Thus, the most common stereotype, unfortunately, in some scientific publications, is that of marital disaster generated by the high divorce rate and the accelerated growth rate. A second problem is the acceptance of the condition of being divorced, because within social mentality divorce is still seen as a negative statute, through which an individual is appreciated. Beyond the objective reality of divorce indicators in Romania, that show stability and low values of divorce in the last 3 decades, the issue of mentalities regarding divorce and the image of divorcees still needs updating. For Romania, the difficulty of deciding to get a divorce also depends on the social context, on the legitimacy of the action at the level of the extended family group and, at the same time, on the assumption of a certain social image of the divorced individual. The study aims to analyze the functional changes of individuals separated by divorce and to highlight the new challenges of functional reorganization. The paper is based on the functionalist theory (Talcott Parsons and Robert K. In this context, in regard to satisfaction level of the patients; it is questioned whether there is difference according to age, sex, education level, income level, nationality, the type of aesthetic medicine applications purchased, other applications provided besides healthcare services and subject-matter of complaints. The research is a descriptive field research carried out in private healthcare establishments in Bakırköy, Istanbul which operate in the aesthetic tourism sector. The sample of study consists of 240 patients came to private healthcare establishments for treatment purposes. The data were collected based on the questionnaire technique and SPSS 22 package program was used for analyzing the data. Variables were subjected to normality tests, and percentage, mean and standard deviation values were analyzed. Ticu","doi":"10.18662/LUMENSS/18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18662/LUMENSS/18","url":null,"abstract":"In analyzing the problems of migration we must take into account factors such as the advancement of technology and communications, the easier access to much faster modes of transportation, the inequality between countries, and not least, the migrants already settled in different countries which are offering support to the new-comers, and all these lead to an increase of international migration. Other important factors include the aging population, the fluctuations of the labor market and the expansion of the medical services which have continuously fuelled the demand for migrants from the developed countries, while the low wages and the high unemployment rate encourage people to look for perspectives outside of the borders of their native country. The political factor is the one that will decide what are the migrations’ threats to national security and how the states from the international system should be treated. Due to the differences in political and global dynamics, international migration has become a bigger and more complex issue. Taking into account the topics presented above, we can assert that the matter of migration has two major directions which coexist, primarily the one which assures the security of migration through different control measures of the frontier and combating illegal immigration. The first direction is very closely tied to the concept of common space of liberty, security and justice. The way in which each parent relates to his or her own child is influenced by the education he receives as an adult, the educational level, the values, the attitudes and the conception of his world and life. In most cases, together with the educational influences of the family, come also from those of the school institutions. The framework of the school goes beyond the narrow horizon of the family and puts new demands on children, very different from those in the family and, above all, from school education. The primary school gives him new interactions, the ones with the teacher being totally different. It preserves the effective availability of the mother but distributes them in the group. It is the primary school teacher who organizes varied and interesting activities, communicating them and teaching them special things. Accepting hypotheses, detailed in this research, is an additional argument to reflect on the impact that parental education has on the child's social-emotional behavior and the importance to corellate with the teacher style. The start of harmonious development, social integration, is given by parents, the subsequent development of the school being influenced by the foundations in the family.
