And if in common thinking, the conflict is always seen as a failure of the marital relationship, the specialized studies look at the states of conflict as natural stages in a marital journey. From ttheir point of view, the conflict must be seen as a moment that highlights the differences between the partners. Many of these differences are only highlighted in concrete life situations, when the marital context reveals them. In therapy, highlighting problems is viewed positively, because their awareness invites partners to understand these differences, to negotiate and to build a system that marks both common and individual values. Therefore, the appearance of the conflict is not a negative aspect, but rather one that is meant to help the partners to know each other better, to negotiate their differences, desires and common values. From ttheir point of view, the concept of conflict is not similar to that of scandal. {"title":"Specific Adaptations to the Performance Judoka","authors":"Laurențiu Bocioacă","doi":"10.18662/lumenss/10.1/53","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18662/lumenss/10.1/53","url":null,"abstract":"The strong link between physiological adaptations of Romanian judo athletes who are preparing for high performance and the technical skills of the athletes, is often difficult to determine and assess. Judo is a sport in which strategy and technique are dominant in obtaining performance, while the physiological characteristics and their parameters form the basis on which the judoka athlete builds his technical performance and individual tactics. The research subjects are components of judo Olympic teams from Romania, male and female. Methods of assessing anaerobic and aerobic exercise capacity are used. The research results on the effects of adaptive anaerobic efforts capacity allow emphasizing the ability on short, intensive, but with maximum expression of muscle strength, for this type of sport. The papers conclusions demonstrate the importance of adaptive effects that occur in the athletes who were investigated, regarding the efforts of anaerobic and aerobic effort capacity as an effect of intense training, specific for competitive strain, during a judo match, especially during overtime training in those cases where the final decision was not taken in regular time - five minutes. Top Romanian judoka athletes, are characterized by high values of muscular strength and power, especially in the superior parts of the body (Nurkić et al., 2009). Ideally, the judoka athletes should maintain an optimal ratio between physical preparation and technique, through an optimal combination of technical and physical shape. Feedback is the mean by which the teacher can receive opinions about the activity or something he has done. This is very important for the person receiving it to improve their future performance. Given that, in contemporary society, courses can also be conducted online, and it is difficult in some scenarios for teachers to receive feedback from students. That is why it is so important for students to think about how teachers are conducting the educational act. Teachers generally don’t tend to ask students for feedback, even if this would have been beneficial in the act of teaching-learning, as they relied on the fact that they could physically follow them during classes. The bench position, the students' facial expressions and gestures were essential signals for the teachers, who helped them to adapt. However, in contemporary society many students do not interact in video and audio during classes, it is very difficult for teachers to observe from their attitude what they understood and what they did not. {"title":"Identifying the Types of Diversity in the Romanian Pre-university Educational Institutions and the Appropriate Managerial Strategy","authors":"Ana-Alina Ichim","doi":"10.18662/lumenss/10.1/52","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18662/lumenss/10.1/52","url":null,"abstract":"The current research aims identifying the level of knowledge the stakeholders in the pre-university education system have upon the concept of diversity as a social construct and as basis for both the cohesion degree of the employees’ group (teachers, auxiliary personnel, non-didactical) and the students’ group, as well as the satisfaction degree they have while participating in the didactical process. The research method is the investigation. The instrument is the questionnaire (Annex 1), which was applied to a number of 25 respondents, school inspectors for institutional management and human resources management in Romania. After its application in Google forms format, the answers were introduces in the NVivo content data analysis program, using the codes diversity type, management strategy, ethnicity, gender, religion, language, gaining information according to the table in Annex 2. As the main objective of our study was to identify the types of diversity the schools face, we therefore begin our analysis by simply asking the responders to enumerate the types of diversity they can identify in their counties. Altogether, once they are enlisted, the responders will further name the strategy they can find in the schools from their county where those types of diversity were found. Rus","doi":"10.18662/lumenss/10.1/54","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18662/lumenss/10.1/54","url":null,"abstract":"The notion of “school success” is generally approached in antonymy with that of “school failure” and represents the superior performance that the student obtains in the learning activity, in correlation with the requirements of the school programs and with the aims of the national educational programs. Most of the time the student's school success is related to the activity of the school, as an institution providing education, but we must not lose sight of the fact that the factors that determine the student's education refer not only to the pedagogical influence of the school but also to the family, in the psycho-socio-physiological development of the student. In this sense, we carried out sociological research, on a sample of 24 subjects from Iaşi County, which had as fundamental objective the social construction of the notion of school success from the perspective of parents. The questions underlying the research were established in accordance with the objectives of the research and considered, in addition to defining school success, revealing the concrete ways in which the family is involved in achieving the child's school success and the relationship they establish with the school, in order to optimize school results. The research instrument was the comprehensive interview with the 24 subjects who participated in the research. To be able to stand out in a modern, competitive and technological world in which innovation and technologic evolution take place at fast pace, is not possible without a high quality education. In order to be competitive on the global market, the Romanian education needs better trainings for specialists an greater adaptability to the dynamic macro-economic trends. If during the centralized economy there was an educational system with a clear and precise purpose, namely - integration on the labour market immediately after completing studies - considering that Romania at that time was mainly an industry based country -, now the integration is much slower. The decline of the vocational and technical education system was manifested both by a decrease in prestige and by a lack of consistency in institutional practices, the cause being the numerous legislative changes. The major problem of this deficit comes from the lack of efficient mechanisms for correlating labour market requirements with the Romanian education and training system, vocational education being a tool in the strategy of attracting foreign investors.
