Due to the fact that memories take up 60% to 70% of a chip, SRAM optimization has become a focus of research. We are attempting to design and implement a 6T SRAM in this project utilizing various CMOS technologies and the digital schematic and micro wind tool. As 6T SRAM is more practical to employ. Nowadays, it is a difficult duty for military to monitor international border regions. Our goal is to incorporate robots in military security systems in order to provide the highest level of protection, since robotics are being adopted by all fields in order to enhance current systems. In this study, we propose a surveillance robot that is capable of monitoring and identifying intrusions near international boundaries. As a result, the surveillance robot is programmed to automatically identify border intruders and notify surrounding security staff through Internet of Things video streaming. When motion is detected, the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, which is in charge of the bot’s computer, is programmed to turn on the camera so that it may transmit live footage. Moreover, an infrared sensor is used to detect obstructions and avoid collisions. The raspberry pi camera is connected to a microcontroller that keeps watch over the premises and sounds an alarm if an intruder is spotted. Enabling WiFi enables the Internet of Things to be used for the surveillance robot’s transmission function. The camera footage may be analysed from any Internet-connected place due to Raspberry Pi’s live streaming capability. As the IoT module serves as both the transmitter and receiver, the node’s footprint, price tag, and level of complexity are all reduced. It is the soul of education. It is therefore essential to explore the reading habits of professional students to access their interest in reading in turn their personality, communication skills. The practice of reading does not mirror the lifestyle of most undergraduates in Academics and Universities. It is assumed that quite handful of professional students are aware of how to read, what to read, when to read and where to read. Basically, reading for refreshment or relieving stress is quite common among the educated population.The study is a concise survey on “Reading Habits of Professional Students.” Data is collected using a validated online questionnaire. It is analysed using Pandas – a Python library for analysis and manipulation of data. Further matplotlib – a popular python package for data visualisation is used to showcase the results in the form of plots and graphs. Interpretations are drawn based on the varied responses from the respondents. The findings disclosed that nearly all the respondents understand the importance of reading. The study revealed that 91.95% love to read from their various fields while 8.05% showed their unwillingness towards book reading. 43.34% of the student population likes reading fiction books, whereas only 1.24% of professional students go with non-fictional books besides 55.42% showed interest to read both. It is observed that reading habit among professional students pursuing their engineering stream is encouraging. It is recommended that students should develop and show curiosity towards book reading. There are several kinds of chocolate, which are mostly categorized by the amounts of cocoa and fat that are used in a certain recipe. Many studies have revealed that moderate chocolate consumption can benefit health in ways including decreasing blood pressure and enhancing cognitive function. This study looks at the precise ingredients in chocolate that contribute to these advantages and considers how they may be used in food or medicine. Globally, the production of chocolate has an impact on both the environment and society. Therefore, this paper proposes an AHP algorithm for authentication protocol analysis. Firstly, the analysis hierarchy is used to analyze the content of the protocol, and the indicators are divided according to the requirements of the certification protocol to reduce the authentication protocol in the interfering factor. Then, the hierarchy analyzes the analysis results of the 5G access authentication protocol of the new generation of mobile communication network, forms the authentication protocol scheme, and corrects Comprehensive analysis of certification protocol results. However, with the ever-increasing demand of higher coverage, better connectivity, and accuracy, optimization of such networks is becoming a complex task. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a novel Modified Adaptive Learning Neural Network (M-ALNN).This new method is designed to address both coverage and connectivity issues within a given WSN. The MALNN adaptively optimizes WSNs by taking advantage of state-of-the-art reinforcement learning algorithms. The proposed algorithm uses a combination of two different algorithms, viz., the Supervised Neuron Algorithm (SNA) and the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, to achieve optimal coverage and reconfiguration of network topology. Both SNA and K-Means Algorithm are trained through a reinforcement learning algorithm to adaptively adjust their parameters as per the current application requirements. After optimization, the proposed M-ALNN algorithm improves the coverage and connectivity of WSNs by adjusting the network parameters. Simulation experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Because, the acoustic signals that are used in underwater communication of underwater sensor networks (UWSN’s) causes large propagation delay and high error probability. Because of this error prone nature of UWSN, broadcast-based medium access control (MAC) protocols and routing protocols are commonly used in the design of UWSN systems for reliable data delivery in practical scenarios – but they lead to a lot of broadcast overhead. The location-based routing algorithms of UWSN are also mostly based on broadcast-based message forwarding mechanisms. The objective of this work is to realize the existence of broadcast overhead in the design of underwater MAC (Medium Access Control) and routing protocols using suitable metrics. In this analysis, we will use a location-free routing protocol underwater flooding (UWF) and a location-based routing protocol vector-based forwarding (VBF). This disease may be caused by infections, smoking tobacco, or other forms of air pollution. Pulmonary auscultation becomes the primary technique to identify the disease in the respiratory system. The sounds of air flowing inside and outside the lungs during the breathing process can be auscultated by a pulmonologist to identify the underlying disease in the respiratory system. With the immense development in technology, an automated framework for the multiclass categorization of respiratory disease is developed. The automated system uses Deep Learning techniques to do the classification. A Deep Neural Network such as Convolutional Neural Network is used for the classification of pulmonary disease using lung sounds. This will also aid in efficiently identifying diseases in a safe, non-invasive, environment-friendly, and sustainable way, improving the lives of the patients. This paper shows the implementation of Binary classification and Multiclass classification (8 classes) with the highest accuracy of 80% and 67% respectively. Over the past few years, researchers have developed various optimization techniques to improve the accuracy of social data harvesting, such as sentiment analysis, by utilizing utterance intensity levels. Specifically, these techniques use various supervised and unsupervised techniques to learn how to classify different intensities of utterances in order to better detect sentiment and emotion of text. In addition, they look at how different sentiment intensities affect the overall sentiment of a conversation. By utilizing utterance intensity optimization techniques, researchers hope to improve the accuracy of sentiment analysis, thus improving the accuracy of social data harvesting.
