Generally, a key is used to cipher the message, the resultant code can only be deciphered if the original key is known. Cryptographers are involved in developing safe and difficult to decipher crypto-systems , while crypto-analysts try to break the crypto system to obtain the original message from the ciphered code. From these two opposite sides it is said that the good guys belong to one side while the bad guys to the other, however these roles can change depending on the contextual situation. In this work an algorithm is developed using probability and statistics to break the encryption of text files in Spanish. Taking advantage of this control, we describe: why a differential architecture was selected to design a vehicle, and how a navigation algorithm was implemented to find a free collision path from initial to goal configurations. Besides, a graphical interface to simulate the behavior of the algorithm and to verify the robot position and direction is described. To design a communication system is primordial to define some parameters, such as, the physical medium in which the signal will be transmitted, the way in what the signal would be generated and the nature of signal, it means if the signal will be analogical or digital. In this work, a communication system was designed, built up and debugged to transmit and receive two kinds of signals by the use of an unique transmit medium in a simultaneously way. One of these signals is an analogical NTSC video signal and the other is a digital data signal from a PC application. The purpose of this system is to transmit, in a safe and efficient way, coded information from a PC to another by the combination of signals with the Time Division Multiplexing technique (TDM), using a coaxial cable as the physical medium of transmission. To achieve this purpose the system is conformed by hardware elements such as, the PIC16F874 micro-controller and software elements implemented as a communication protocol to identify the information transmitted. The proposed receiver is based on a successive interference cancellation (SIC) scheme and the QR decomposition, which leads to a suitable hardware implementation. It was designed for zero-forcing (ZF) criterion; reduced complexity is achieved by means of an adequate rearrangement of the channel matrix elements. Most of the evolutionary algorithms propose biological paradigms, and concepts of natural selection, mutation and reproduction. Nevertheless other paradigms exist which can be adopted in the creation of evolutionary algorithms. Many problems involve not structured environments which can be solved from the perspective of cultural paradigms and, which offer plenty of category models where one does not know the possible solutions of a problem, a common situation in real life. The intention of the present work is to apply the computational properties of cultural technology, in this case to corroborate by means of data mining and, to propose the solution of a specific problem, adapted from the literature about society modelling. In addition, we analyze the voting behavior and ratings of judges in a popular song contest held every year in Europe. The dataset makes it possible to analyze the determinants of success, and gives a rare opportunity to run a direct test of vote trading from logrolling. We show that they are rather driven by linguistic and cultural proximities between singers and voting countries. The period extension achieved with our proposed method is statistically robust and has a very long extension of the LFSR period, as long of (2120)!(2N - 1) for a 127 bit length register.
