Turovtseva","doi":"10.15421/20133_34","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15421/20133_34","url":null,"abstract":"We presented the study of varieties of sweet cherries during 2004-2011 in the southern steppes of Ukraine. Objects of research were the famous breeding varieties that are listed in the National Plant Register of Ukraine together with perspective varieties. We have identified varieties with high resistance to frost generative buds. We have identified resistant and highly resistant varieties for resistance to the flowers of spring frosts. We have also identified the class for complex resistance to fungal diseases of stone fruit. We also identified a variety with very high yield. We have selected varieties in taste and product quality. We have selected several varieties of the complex agronomic traits, some of which have been included in the National Register of plants of Ukraine, often promising. According to the results obtained by the best research we have identified promising sweet cherry varieties that are adapted to the environmental conditions. These promising varieties are not inferior varieties cultivated with a range of indicators. Fedotov","doi":"10.15421/20133_16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15421/20133_16","url":null,"abstract":"The influence of electromagnetic fields of various modes of irradiation on the activity of oxidoreductases of basidiomycetes Agrocybe cylindracea ; Pleurotus ostreatus and Fistulina hepatica in culture was investigated. The strains were cultured of glucose-peptone medium for 12 days. The accumulation of oven-dry biomass was determined by the weight method. The content of soluble protein, catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities was determined by the spectrophotometric methods. It was found, that the level of activity of the enzymes depends on the frequency, power and duration of the effects of electromagnetic fields significantly. It was record a positive effect of the electromagnetic field with a frequency of 27.12 Hz, 70 watts. It was reveal the negative impact of electromagnetic field with a frequency of 0.8-2.4 GHz (GSM Wi-Fi range). It was found, that the fungal cultures are capable of adapting to prolonged exposure of effects of electromagnetic fields. The loss of zinc of these cells has been partly compensated by the injection of adrenalin and prednizolon to the adrenalectomized animals. The increase of zinc maintenance in these cells has been caused by the sharp-stress process due to the simultaneous physical activity and immobilization. The given data prove the participation of adrenal glands in the mechanism of zinc exchanges regulation in central (hippocampus) and peripheral (cells B of pancreas) zinc-containing organs of animals. This index varied from 0,5485 to 0,9796. Leaf blades with indices of pseudosymmetry more than 0,9000 were typical for overwhelming part of analyzed samplings. The index values were significantly lower for the leaf blades of overburden rock dumps. We did not registered differences of index when compared sampling of Р. nigra blades of urban park with sampling of the blades of coalmine dumps. The index of pseudosymmetry of leaf blade shape was characterized by low variation (CV was less than 10,0%). Мацюра, Марина Мацюра","doi":"10.7905/bbmspu.v0i3(6).546","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7905/bbmspu.v0i3(6).546","url":null,"abstract":"Наведено результати прогностичного аналізу, виконаного за допомогою програми для модельних птахів, які мігрують у межах Чорноморсько-Середземноморського пролітного шляху: лелеки білого та пелікана рожевого. Треба відзначити, що дані, отримані за допомогою програми, практично збігаються з експериментальними результатами та даними радіолокаційних спостережень, виконаних нами та іншими дослідниками. Оптимальна швидкість дозволяє птахам виконувати польоти з більш крутим ширянням та більш короткою відстанню між термальними потоками. Час для пошуку наступного ефективного терміку (термального потоку) скорочується через збільшення швидкості, що, у свою чергу, скорочує середній підйом у термальних потоках, збільшує ризик не знайти відповідний термік. При великих швидкостях ширяння птахи зменшують розмах крила та площу крил за рахунок згинання суглобів кінцівок. Це зменшує профільний опір та збільшує індуктивний опір. Профільний опір зростає, а індуктивний опір зменшується зі зростанням швидкості птаха.
