The strains were cultured of glucose-peptone medium for 12 days. The accumulation of oven-dry biomass was determined by the weight method. The content of soluble protein, catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities was determined by the spectrophotometric methods. It was found, that the level of activity of the enzymes depends on the frequency, power and duration of the effects of electromagnetic fields significantly. It was record a positive effect of the electromagnetic field with a frequency of 27.12 Hz, 70 watts. It was reveal the negative impact of electromagnetic field with a frequency of 0.8-2.4 GHz (GSM Wi-Fi range). It was found, that the fungal cultures are capable of adapting to prolonged exposure of effects of electromagnetic fields. 摘要

不同辐照方式电磁场对担子菌氧化还原酶活性的影响研究了平菇和肝瘘菌的培养。在葡萄糖-蛋白胨培养基中培养12 d。用重量法测定烘干生物量的积累量。用分光光度法测定可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性。研究发现,这些酶的活性水平与电磁场作用的频率、强度和持续时间有显著的关系。它记录了频率为27.12赫兹,70瓦的电磁场的积极作用。揭示了频率为0.8-2.4 GHz (GSM Wi-Fi范围)的电磁场的负面影响。结果表明,真菌培养物能够适应长时间暴露于电磁场的影响。关键词:电磁场;担子菌;氧化还原酶活性
