Here, the kinetic energy of the wind as input to the VBW turbine gets converted into useful electrical energy for both types of pendulums. Permanent magnets are attached to the pendulums and act as a piston to the generator, while a coil is made as the stator with 2,200 turns each on the sides of the pendulum. Electricity is then produced as the pendulum moves from side to side because of the magnetic flux formed between the coils and the permanent magnets. The result shows a significant increase of voltage on the arc-shaped pendulum. Actual simulations of the prototype for controlled and uncontrolled wind speed reveal that an arc-shaped pendulum on a VBW turbine has a higher average voltage collected between the early morning and the late evening of a given day. In 2006, 10 years later, the number of the foreign visitors was approximately 7.3 million people, and it reached approximately 24 million people in 2016. The reason is various Japanese tourism policies such as \"Visit Japan Project\" and \"Cool Japan\". As a result, Japan's travel and tourism competitiveness of 2015 was one of the highest in the world. However, a problem is still left in the current Japanese sightseeing situation. For example, there are not many stores with foreign language correspondence. Also there are not many places where they can pay with a credit card. Furthermore, the traffic such as the subway or the buses is complicated. In addition, recently diversification advances for a current Japanese sightseeing method. In the conventional sightseeing, a sightseeing method to visit the famous sightseeing spots listed on the Internet and a guidebook was common. However, particularly these days, as well as a famous sightseeing spots, the number of foreign tourists and travelers to visit the \"local-based type\" stores such as Japanese bar or Japanese diner, has been increasing intensively. It is not easy to find those kind of places. To solve the problem, we developed \"Multiple Sightseeing Spot Scheduling System\" that enables a guide of new sightseeing in this research. In this paper, we carry out a subject experiment using the application with previous improvement. The idea of the proposed technique is to combine the differential State Dependent Riccati equation filter algorithm and the finite-horizon SDRE technique. Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal weighting matrices. Unlike the linear techniques that are used for linearized systems, the proposed technique is effective for wide range of operating points. Currently it is rarely studied independently, and it is always set as a static model where the number and the type of VMs are predefined before scheduling. However, with the static model, it is difficult to consider the overall optimization for the scheduling and it is not user-friendly because of users' imprecise requirements. Therefore, in this paper a dynamic model for VMs' creation is proposed. With this model, users only submit fuzzy requirements for computing resources, while the necessary number and type of VMs are calculated according to the current environment and dynamically created for further scheduling. The model is implemented in CloudSim, where the key technologies are presented. Yet, there has not been an effective vehicle alert system that can eliminate these avoidable motorcycle accidents caused by other drivers where they fail to notice the motorcycles. One of the major flaws with the existing vehicle alert systems is that it should not treat motorcycles as same as other vehicles as they take much longer time to brake than a cars do. Therefore, this project aimed to find an effective method to identify motorcycles and alert the other drivers when motorcyclists are around them in 20-meter radius. After extensive literature review, the best method to solve the problem is to use road side infrastructure based Internet of Things (IOT) that divides the network into a set of clusters. In this method to identify a vehicle, it is identifying the driver and the rider from their smartphone application that beacons custom, unique Media Access Control (MAC) addresses via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to the IOT probes. The probe differentiates the users, registers them when they arrive into the network, alerts the driver about motorcycles around them and removes them from the database when they move to other cluster. The whole scenario is simulated using the OMNET++ simulator and INET framework to demonstrate how the methodology works.
