Attention is paid to the most significant factors affecting the quality of work: the current legislation in general and the state procurement system regulated by federal laws 44-FZ and 223- FZ, lack of control by state supervisory authorities, lack of information, logistical and human resources on the part of the customer and some others. These devices allow to obtain high-quality welded joints 3–4 times faster than traditional welding machines and do not require long-term training and highly qualified operator.
