An expert assessment is presented on the functional requirements for electric power storage systems for the development and stimulation of new generation electric power systems — microgrids. The formed requirements and terms allow us to help achieve key performance indicators and operational efficiency of heterogeneous generating equipment as part of autonomous power supply systems. The experience of operation and provision of controlled power output with low dependence on clouds due to the use of an energy storage system with a unified control system is summarized. A model of the evolution of quality generations is considered. As an alternative approach to quality management, a transition to \"built-in quality\" is proposed: a model of \"quality levels\", the stages of transition are presented, principles are outlined and an instrumental model of \"built-in quality\" is presented. It is mandatory to label clothes made of artificial fur, as well as jackets and other products, it is planned from 01.06.2023. The operator of the CRPT, which ensures the operation of the IS \"Honest SIGN\", believes that there is a need to expand the list of marked clothing, due to repeated appeals from representatives of well-known business communities associated with the production of this product category. The reason is that the Russian market regularly faces the problem of illegal turnover of light industry products. The need to implement changes is dictated by external challenges from the global energy markets, in the functioning of which the Russian economy plays a key role, as well as internal challenges, emerging in the form of requests from all sectors of the economy for the need to reduce the cost of consumed energy resources, and the need to increase the efficiency of the economy. Since 2006, a wholesale electricity (capacity) market has been operating in Russia, the mechanisms of which are based on the principle of competitive pricing for electricity supplied to consumers. Participation in the wholesale market for industrial enterprises opens up the possibility of reducing the cost of purchasing electricity, in the form of excluding the payment for the services of regional guaranteeing suppliers, whose share can range from 3% to 8% of the final electricity tariffs. Positive experience in creating competitive relations in the electric power industry determined the possibility for introducing energy market mechanisms into the Russian gas supply industry.
