Xia","doi":"10.1109/FSKD.2007.141","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/FSKD.2007.141","url":null,"abstract":"This paper develops an adaptive fuzzy logic controller (FLO) for the speed control of switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive. In a FLC, the method to improve the performance of the FLC is to tune the fuzzy rules, membership function and scaling gains of input and output. The scaling gains of the input and output of the proposed FLC are parameters that can be tuned conveniently. So, in this paper, an adaptive FLC with the tuning of scaling gains is proposed. The advantage of this method is that the universe of discourse of the fuzzy sets can be tuned by adjusting the scaling gains according to the speed error. This significantly improves the transient response and steady state performance of the system under the control of the proposed adaptive FLC. In this paper, the principles of tuning scaling gains of the input and output are described. The proposed adaptive FLC has the characteristics of robustness, adaptive and facility to take advantage of human control knowledge. The experimental tests are carried out for the proposed adaptive FLC. Attention is focused on content-based approaches for the efficient representation and retrieval of medical images. A new improved image retrieval method with more robustness based on image entropy is proposed, which can be defined as spatial weighted entropy. Then a feature fusion algorithm of medical image retrieval based on FCM using spatial weighted entropy combining with color correlogram is presented. Also, the objective set, used to evaluate and select the satisfying alternative, consists of many qualitative and quantitative factors. So it is a problem of semi-structured multi-objective decision making (SEMODM). This paper develops a framework and methodology for evaluation of engineering alternatives, where a fuzzy optimum model (FOM) is proposed to integrate the influence of each objective in the criteria set, and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to calculate the weight vector, which can mimic the decision maker's experience and preference based on complementary pair wise comparisons. The lowermost layer's algorithm deals with the original data points, the upper layer with the cluster centers of the nearest lower layer. In each layer it identifies the cluster number automatically. It calculates the density and density set of each data point based on distance matrix; then chooses one data point randomly and judges whether every element in the selected data point's density set is in the same cluster with itself, this process is repeated till all data points have been selected. In order to find the optimum value of the parameters, we adopt an objective function using entropy on the uppermost layer. In this paper a novel method based on rough sets is provided for attribute reduction in incomplete information systems. Through a transformation technique, an incomplete system is firstly converted into a new and simpler system and then reducts are obtained from the transformed system. It is proved by theorem that the transformed system has the same reducts as the previous one. NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetative Index) value was a scale to measure the status health and the stand or fall of the crop. According to the real-time data from the NDVI equipment, combined fuzzy control algorithm and the tractor speed, it applied fertilizer through electric operator. It divides the similarity of common paths between two sessions into the inner part and the outer part.
