The overall size of the design is 97.6 mm x 97.6 mm x 10.2 mm. It consists of four cross-slot antennas are excited orthogonally. There are 8 ports for the design. The antennas are excited by microstrip-lines and arranged orthogonally. Eight slits are embedded on the ground plane to enhance isolation effect. From the results, the bandwidth and the isolation performances are all meet the requirement of WRC 5G C-band MIMO applications. The measured antenna gain is from 4-6dBi. The non-linear loads, such as system unbalance or interphase ground fault, produces considerable harmonic induction, thus leading to magnetic saturation of the ferrite core. The aliasing of high and low frequency signals distorts the extracted waveform or damages the HFCT. To address the above problem, this study used sensors to improve two sets of windings, whereby the forward winding and backward winding were connected in series in the coil position. As the low frequency signal neutralized the increase of induced potential through the backward winding loop path, the low frequency response hazard generated was reduced by a low frequency signal. The active part is a low noise amplifier designed using ATF-54143 HEMT device placed on one side of the ground plane. A planar-type patch placed on the other side of the ground plane was designed in the 1.575 GHz GPS band to receive the thermal radiation power that emanates from inside a human body to retrieve temperature information. The designed active antenna is pasted on the skin for probing the radiated power from the subcutaneous muscles of human body. Agar material was developed to fabricate a phantom model to replicate electrical characteristics of a human body during testing. This addition of the LNA can achieve gain 13 dB and noise figure less than 1 dB. The die area is 1x1 mm2. At the supply voltage of 0.4 V below the nominal threshold voltage, the n-core oscillator outputs a frequency source at 2.80 GHz. Dielectric resonator has been widely used to implement different types of antennas due to its unique advantages. Whereas, the contradiction between the low profile and narrow bandwidth limits its application scope. A low-profile omnidirectional vertically-polarized (VP) DRA with shorted metal vias is proposed for bandwidth enhancement in this paper. The proposed DRA is centrally fed by a coaxial probe, exhibiting omnidirectional patterns at 2.4 GHz WLAN band. With the introduction of metal vias, $TM_{02delta}$ mode of DRA moves to the vicinity of TM01δ mode, thus expanding the bandwidth. The antenna features a 10-dB impedance bandwidth of 8.9% (2.37-2.59 GHz) at its center frequency 2.48 GHz and a low profile of $0.093lambda_{0}$. However, the existing broadband rectifiers either have the complex structure or bulky size. To solve these problems, a new broadband rectifier configuration is proposed. A coupled line section and a shorted stub are introduced in a voltage double configuration to guide the harmonic components back to the input for efficiency enhancement at the higher frequency. Subsequently, the bandwidth can be extended. For validation, a wideband rectifier based on Schottky diode SMS7630 had been designed, fabricated and measured. The conversion efficiency of the implemented rectifier is higher than 40% over a relative bandwidth of 110% from 0.9 GHz to 3.1 GHz at the input power level of 0 dBm.
