The development of its power market trading mode is of great significance to the deepening and promotion of China's power market reform. Therefore, taking Northeast China as an example, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the current inter-provincial multilateral trading market, and explores the influencing factors of the scale of inter provincial multilateral trading in Northeast China. Combined with the characteristics of power grid structure and resource endowment in Northeast China, the calculation model of multilateral trade electricity in Northeast China is established. On this basis, taking the optimal economic benefits, resource allocation fairness and demand satisfaction index as the objectives, and taking the upper limit of trading volume and the balance of electricity and electricity as constraints, the paper puts forward a strategy suitable for multilateral electricity trading. As a whole, according to solid management, sectors,other companies, subsidiaries are passed data acquisition according to the plan, with the relevant valuable data as an independent unit in the chain, finally on the basis of return on net assets, with other financial index as input, to make data analysis model. This paper focuses on the construction of student activity center project, applies the BIM technology to assist the project management, and adopts software including Revit, Navisworks and Magicad to achieve comprehensive BIM application results, including the 3D site layout and simulation, collision check and optimization, visualized disclosure and sample planning, panoramic technology, BIM 5D management, and etc. The results show that collision inspection can effectively solve the conflict problem in design, and the advantage of 5D can be used to optimize the sign. Furthermore, a numerical simulation is given to illustrate the influence of different competitive intensity on their behaviors and the performance of the supply chain. The result shows that: 1. Franchise contract with uniform price can lead to a higher price and higher service level due to the elimination of price competition, while franchise contract with uniform service level can lead to a lower price and lower service level due to the elimination of service competition. 2. Compare to airport, franchise store can earn more sale revenue with the advantage of backwardness when the price competition is dominated. 3.
