Study on Rural Planning Strategy of Urban Fringe under the Background of Ecological Constraints

Abstract

Urban fringe is not only the frontier area of urban development, but also the ecologically sensitive area, its rural transformation is unique. Taking Laoyu village in the urban fringe of Jinan City as an example, this paper expounds the planning strategy of rural transformation and reconstruction in the urban fringe under the background of strict ecological constraints, puts forward the rural planning path of "spatial planning-industry promotion -community building", through the planning measures of controlling ecological space, optimizing production space, improving living space and cooperating with rural community construction, to realize the optimal allocation of rural production factors, promote the endogenous power of rural sustainable development, and build a planning system responsive to rural transformation and development.
