This paper focuses on the construction of student activity center project, applies the BIM technology to assist the project management, and adopts software including Revit, Navisworks and Magicad to achieve comprehensive BIM application results, including the 3D site layout and simulation, collision check and optimization, visualized disclosure and sample planning, panoramic technology, BIM 5D management, and etc. The results show that collision inspection can effectively solve the conflict problem in design, and the advantage of 5D can be used to optimize the sign. 摘要

以教学综合楼项目为例,探讨BIM在施工过程各个阶段的实施。本文以学生活动中心项目建设为重点,运用BIM技术辅助项目管理,采用Revit、Navisworks、Magicad等软件实现了全面的BIM应用效果,包括三维场地布局与仿真、碰撞检查与优化、可视化披露与样例规划、全景技术、BIM 5D管理等。结果表明,碰撞检测可以有效地解决设计中的冲突问题,可以利用5D的优势对标识进行优化。此外,在施工方面,通过施工方案和施工进度的模拟,可以实现资源的优化配置和施工质量的提高。
