STDs are the gateway to HIV infection especially syphilis. Syphilis can increase the risk of contracting HIV up to 300 times. The negative consequences of STDs as infertility, stillbirth, congenital abnormalities and cervical cancer. The purpose of this study was to identify the experience of adaptation of STDs sufferers. A qualitative research with phenomenological approach to 10 participants (2 syphilis patients and 8 HIV/AIDS) which were selected purposively. Data collected using in-depth interview, observations and documentation. Interviews were IMS Clinic and VCT Puskesmas Putri Ayu and HIV/AIDS sufferers communities in Kota Jambi (Yayasan Kanti Sehati Sejati). Data collection on January 13-16 February 2021, personal interviews last 60-75 minutes and concurrent interviews are 75-120 minutes, recorded with a voice recorder. The quasi experiment research was used pre and post test with control group design, using a sample of 36 respondents each of 18 respondents for the experimental group and 18 respondents for the control group. Sampling technique using purposive sampling in the working area of Puskesmas Wado, Sumedang, West Java. Analyzed using non-parametric test that was Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test to determine the difference between groups. Before treatment was given the mean systole and diastole of the experimental group 160.22 / 96.11 mmHg. The experiment group respondents were given cucumber juice in the morning at least 30 minutes after breakfast for 14 days. After treatment, the respondents of experiment group systole and diastole mean’s are 142,78 / 86,11 mmHg. The result showed there were a significant difference in systole and diastole in the experiment group before and after cucumber juice intervention (p<0.05). There were a difference systole and diastole between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.05). They only use a long piece of cloth wrapped around their body such as a bra and do not use other clothing or pads during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of using sanitary pads during the menstrual period of Women of Reproductive Age of the indigenous people in Bukit Suban Village, Air Hitam District, Sarolangun Regency in 2022.This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent group design. The research population was Women of Reproductive Age of the indigenou people, totaling 96 people in the Tumenggung Grib group. The sample technique is purposive sampling, was taken from 2 groups, namely 16 women in the treatment group and 16 women in comparison according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using the Paired-Samples T-Test and the Independent Samples T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of the treatment group. Independent Samples T-Test statistical test p value = 0.00 or p value < α in knowledge, attitude and behavior. This indicates that there is a significant difference between the values of the treatment group and the comparison group on the variables of knowledge, attitudes and behavior at indigenous women in Bukit Suban Village, Sarolangun Regency in 2022. Adolescents who are likely to have low smoking behavior are adolescents whose family and friends do not smoke, are interested in academic activities or sports, and those who have plans to enter higher education, according to WHO (2018) every 6, 5 seconds one person dies from smoking. WHO research (2018) estimates that people who start smoking in their teens (70% of smokers at an early age) and continue smoking for 2 decades or more, will die 20-25 years earlier than people who have never touched cigarettes. This is the relationship between knowledge of the dangers of smoking and smoking behavior in young men at SMPN 06 Jambi City in 2021. This research was conducted on young men at SMPN 06 Jambi City which was carried out on August 4, 2021, this study was a quantitative study, with a cross sectional approach. Measuring tools using a questionnaire and the method of data collection by filling out a questionnaire. The population in this study was class VIII SMPN 06 Jambi City with a total of 179 students. With a sample of 63 respondents. The sampling method is using proportional random sampling technique and using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square statistical test. The results of research on smoking behavior from 63 respondents 54 respondents (85.7%) do not smoke, knowledge of the dangers of smoking from 63 respondents 46 respondents (73.6%) is high. Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. Efforts to control and treat hypertension are very important so as not to cause complications. Hypertension control can be done with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is black garlic therapy with solo garlic variant. The type of research used is pre experimental with a one-group pretest and post-test design. Researchers analyzed the respondents' blood pressure before and after being given black garlic variant solo garlic therapy for 14 days. The research was carried out in the working area of the Gedangan Village Health Center, Malang Regency from March to June 2022. The population in this study were patients with hypertension in the working area of the Gedangan Health Center. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling with a total sampling of 20 samples. Analysis of the data used by using the paired t test. The results showed that there were differences in blood pressure values after consuming black garlic variants of garlic (systole -value 0.000, diastole -value 0.014). Pain in the active phase is physiological pain that occurs for a longer time, for that we need an effort to deal with pain in the first stage of labor. If pain in labor is not overcome, it will cause problems that are not only painful for the mother in labor, but also have the potential to threaten the life of the fetus. One technique that can be done to reduce the intensity of labor pain is to provide acupressure techniques. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure points SP6 and L14 on reducing pain intensity in the first stage of labor at BPM Ny. T.O Klapanunggal Village, Bogor Regency. This research is a Quasi Experimental Design using the One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The population in this study were all maternity mothers who had their pregnancy checked at BPM Ny. T.O. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling and obtained a sample of 25 respondents. The study was conducted from July to August 2021. The data was collected by observing the acupressure treatment with the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Univariate analysis using frequency distribution and Bivariate analysis using paired t-test. The results of the study that the average labor pain before being given the SP6 and L14 acupressure techniques was 6.48 and after being given the SP6 and L14 acupressure techniques was 3.84. There is an effect of SP6 and L14 acupressure techniques on labor pain in the first stage of active phase at BPM Ny. T.O (p–value 0.0001 < 0.05) with a decrease of 2.64. The variables studied were the effect of reproductive health counseling on adolescent knowledge about premarital sex, population 115teenagers, the research sample is 90 teenagers The source of data in this study was primary data, data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis used Bivariate and Univariate analysis. Work motivation and teamwork performance may affect the capacity of the labor contribution. Motivation will also increase the effort and enthusiasmto achieve the high productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation andteamwork performance in the adolescent health outpatient facility care worker around Blitar City.The correlational - cross sectional designwas used. The population were all health professionals who work as PKPR teams in the adolescent health outpatient facility care as intregated health service unit working area of Public Health Department around Blitar City.The total of 30 respondents recruited using total sampling. The Spearman Rho statistical test used to analize the data. The result showed about 18 repondents (60%) had a high work motivation and about 17 respondents (56.7 %) showed good level of teamwork performance. There is a relationship of work motivation and teamwork performance with p = 0.003 and rs = 0.522. The teamwork performance can reinforce and improved by increasing the motivation of employees. It is recommend to increase the work motivation trough competition and appreciation of the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and perception with community stigma against PLWHA in Naras I Village, North Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The population in this study is all people aged between 15 years to 49 years, totaling 2,532 residents in Naras I Village, and a total sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS16.0 program. The results of this study are the results of the Chi-Square test of 0.048 (p-value <0.05) meaning that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the stigma of society towards PLWHA and the Chi-Square test of 0.174 (p-value > 0.05) meaning that there is no relationship level of knowledge with community stigma against PLWHA.
