Efforts to reduce pain intensity are using non-pharmacological pain management, namely distraction and relaxation techniques. This study used cross sectional approach by using description correlation design which conducted at Baiturrahim hospital Jambi city, sample were health personnel (Nurse and Midwife), the sampling technique used total sampling. The collecting of data used a questionnaire by using Chi-Square test. The findings indicated that from 21 respondents 13 (61.9%) respondents have sufficient knowledge of health personnel, 14 (71.4%) respondents have Positive attitude of health personnel, 20 (95.2%) respondents have good health personnel behavior in giving distraction and relaxation techniques to pain patients. From the result of chi square test indicated that score p-value 0.381 so that the null hypothesis is accepted, namely there is no correlation between knowledge of health personnel with the behavior of giving distraction and relaxation techniques in postoperative pain patients with sectio caesarea at Baiturrahim hospital. Based on population projection data, it is estimated that in 2017 there are 23.66 million elderly people in Indonesia (9.03%). It is predicted that the number of elderly people in 2020 (27.08 million), 2025 (33.69 million), 2030 (40.95 million) and 2035 (48.19 million). Data obtained from cadres showed that the elderly had low awareness of joining the posyandu for the elderly. one cader said that the majority of the elderly rarely visit the posyandu for the elderly (only 40% are active). This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The research was conducted at the elderly Posyandu in the Puskesmas Paal X Work Area with 36 respondents in December 2019-January 2020. Data were analyzed univariat and bivariat with the Chi Square test. The spread of the Covid-19 virus is very fast, in Indonesia Covid-19 cases in March 2021 reached 430,458 cases with the number of deaths due to Covid-19 as many as 38,753 cases. Various efforts have been made by the government in order to suppress and break the chain of transmission of Covid-19, including involving educational institutions, both government and private. The government's appeal is to maintain body immunity during the pandemic to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. One way to keep immunity stable is by utilizing natural elements such as the use of medicinal plants and also utilizing the body's energy in maintaining immunity as one of the promotive and preventive efforts. One of the therapies that is popular among the public is herbal therapy or traditional therapy called usadha taru premana therapy where red ginger is believed to have properties to maintain good immunity. Herbal therapy will have a good level of effectiveness when combined with modern therapies such as complementary therapies, one of which is acupressure. Acupressure is a massage therapy by pressing the body's meridian points which are believed to increase the immunity of the human body. Purpose: The review literature aim to see the effectiveness of Usada Taru Premana Combination of Acupressure as an alternative therapy to increase Immunity during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. Methods: The method used in this literature review is to review articles using the Prisma method and quasi-experimental research design, analytical descriptive, literature review, survey and case reports based on evidence. Inclusion criteria were all studies reviewed in the form of research related to usadha taru premana red ginger; acupressure and immunity. Results: The number of journals reviewed for this study was 7, from 2017 to 2021. The mistake of misunderstanding often happened to the most all aspects or stages diagnoses and healing, so that it is needed patient identification properly. The aim of this research is to know the factors which related to the adherence of nurses in applying patients identification of internest department in inpatient room Dr. M. Djamil hospital Padang. This research is descriptive corelation study with collecting the data as cross sectional. The sample were 66 nurses with proportion sampling random. The data analysis with chi-square test. The result of the research showed that nurses perceived high motivation (50%), complete facilities (74.2%), good supervision (57.6%), high social support (54.5%), high knowleage (90.9%). Adherence nurses (63.6%). There significant relationship between facilities factors and supervision with adherence nurses in applying of patients identification . There was no significant relationship between  motivation factors, knowleage, social support with adherence nurses in applying of patients identification. The facilities of dominant variable in assembling patient identification (OR 19.789). This study aims to determine the effect of deep breath relaxation techniques on pain intensity in the active phase of labor. This research is a quasi-experimental design approach method pre test and post test. The sampling technique used accidental sampling as many as 28 mothers had birth in July - August BPM Y Karawang. The results of the data normality statistical test used the Shapiro-Wilk test. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained signed rank p value 0.0000 <0.05. The conclusion are that there are an effect of deep breath relaxation techniques on decreasing the pain intensity of the active phase of labor. Pregnant women are a group that is encouraged to take advantage of complementary therapy or medicine in dealing with their perceived complaints, because complementary therapy can avoid the side effects of conventional medicine and have great control over their own health. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of pregnant women about complementary therapies in pregnancy. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Primary data collection research using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all pregnant women at PuskesmasPutri Ayu Jambi City with a sample of 88 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out by univariate. From the results of the research on the perceptions of pregnant women about complementary therapies in pregnancy, it was concluded that most pregnant women had a positive perception, namely 73.3%. This study aims to determine the description of student behavior in the prevention of covid transmission 19. This study is a descriptive study of 110 students residing in the FIKES dormitory of X University, taken using simple random sample technique. Variables are student behavior. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed with the help of Google forms. Data analysis uses univariate test. The results showed that the majority of students namely 57 people (52.8%) had a co-19 prevention behavior with a very bad category. This procedure is expected to reduce the morbidity and mortality rates due to CHD, and able to improve the quality of life. However, the recovery time of patients with post-operative CABG requires time to achieve a better quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between the length of postoperative CABG with the quality of life of post-operative CABG patients in Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The research method used a descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 31 post-operative CABG patients who were willing to be respondents. Total sampling was used in this study. The instrument used a WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire that was valid and reliable. The results showed that the characteristics of patients with post-operative CABG were mostly 14 people (45.2%) aged 50-59 years old, 25 people (80.6%) were male, 16 people (51, 6%) were high school, and 15 people (48.4%) not working, 15 people (48.4%) have a length of post-operative CABG 4-6 months, and 21 people (67.7%) have a good quality of life. The results of the bivariate analysis with the Chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between the length of postoperative CABG with the quality of life of patients with a p-value = 0.006. The conclusion is encouraging the patients, families, and health workers, especially nurses have to pay attention to the quality of life of patients based on the length of post-operative CABG. One of the recommended physical exercises is yoga because it is easy to do and is very beneficial for physical fitness and psychology. Yoga in pregnancy is more effective in reducing anxiety and depression. This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about prenatal yoga. Quantitative research design. The subjects in this study were pregnant women trimester I, II and III in the working area of the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi. Research subjects were given questionnaires to measure the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding Prenatal Gentle Yoga. The study was conducted in the working area of the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi. The data collected was analyzed univariately. The results of the study revealed that 32 mothers who took classes in pregnant women in the working area of Putri Ayu Health Center had less knowledge about prenatal gentle yoga, namely 18 mothers (56.2%) and had a positive attitude of 25 mothers (78%). The study population was third trimester pregnant women who came to the Putri Ayu Health Center. The research sample was taken using a total sampling technique of 32 quota people. This research was carried out in February 2019 at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. There was a significant effect between prenatal care yoga on the physical and psychological readiness of mothers in facing labor, namely p-value <0,000 (95% CI).
