One of the government's efforts in early detection of cervical cancer is the IVA examination. One of the government's efforts in early detection of cervical cancer is the IVA examination. This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was 354 PUS with family planning. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling, namely 108 samples, where the research was carried out by filling out questionnaires, analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that 77.8% of the respondents had never had an IVA checked, 54.6% had less knowledge, 50.0% of the respondents did not have a fixed income, 61.1% of the respondents received less support from their husbands, as many as 56.6% of the majority of respondents have secondary education. This condition illustrates the high risk of the mother during pregnancy and childbirth against Covid-19. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent transmission of COVID-19, especially to pregnant and maternity women. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the positive incidence of COVID-19 in maternity on BBL complications at Dr. RSUD. M. Yunus Bengkulu City in 2021. This type of research is a retrospective method. The population in this study were all babies born in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu city, in 2021, totaling 118 babies were born, with 22 of them experiencing complications. The sample in this study was divided into two groups, 22 cases were taken by total sampling and the control group was taken with a ratio of 1:1 by systematic random sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results of the chi square test showed a value of 0.015 (<0.05) meaning the effect of positive cases of covid-19 on mothers giving birth with complications in BBL. As the age of elderly women increases, the risk of developing hypertension becomes greater and will cause problems if not addressed or prevented. Hypertension control can be done by pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment with the application of herbal plants, that is Pandanus amaryllifolius leaf decoction. This study aims to determine the effect of consumption of pandan leaf decoction on the blood pressure of elderly women with hypertension in the work area of Ameth Public Health Nusalaut Central Maluku. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with a pre and post test design with a control group. The research sample amounted to 34 respondents consisting of 17 people in the experimental group and 17 people in the control group. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test and Man Whitney test. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group had p value < 0.05, while the control group's systolic blood pressure was p value < 0.05 and diastolic blood pressure was > 0.05. diastolic pressure, but not significant to the control group diastolic pressure. The results of the Man Whitney test showed that the systolic blood pressure value was p < 0.05 and the diastolic p value was > 0.05. This shows that there are significant differences in the decrease in systolic blood pressure, but not significant differences in diastolic pressure. Consumption of pandan leaf decoction affects the blood pressure of women with hypertension. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is 54.98% for primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% for secondary dysmenorrhea. One way to deal with dysmenorrhea with acupressure therapy is traditional non-pharmacological therapy, namely by massaging acupuncture points/certain body points to improve blood circulation, the body secretes endorphins causing the body to relax, not worry so that menstrual pain decreases/disappears. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure on reducing dysmenorrhea. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental one group pre post test design. The population in this study were all female students of the D III Midwifery STIKes Baiturrahim study program. The sample in this study used a total sampling of 42 female students who experienced primary dysmenorrhea. The research process went through several stages, the first was measuring pain scale during menstruation, the second stage was giving acupressure intervention at Hequ (LI4), Sayinjiao, (SP6) and Zusanli (ST 36) points. Acupressure is done 3 days before and the first 3 days during menstruation, done 2 times a day or when pain occurs, the third stage is measuring pain scale during menstruation after the intervention. The instrument used to measure the pain scale is the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The collected data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results of the research analysis showed that before the intervention was given the average pain intensity was 2.67 and the SD was 0.678 and after the intervention was given the average pain intensity was 2.45 and the SD was 0.705, the decrease in pain intensity was 0.22 with a p value of 0.000. It can be concluded that acupressure has an effect on reducing pain during menstruation . The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the participation of pregnant women in the working area ofthe Muaro Tembesi Health Center.This research is a type of analytical research with a cross sectional design. The variables studied were age, occupation, availability of information, family support and knowledge, on class participation of pregnant women, population 44 people and the sampling technik uses total sampling so that the research sample 44 people. Sources of data in this study through primary data, data obtained through questionnaires adobted which been tested for validity and reliability, Bivariate and Univariate analysts uses statistic test Chi-Square. The results showed that there was a relationship between age and class participation of pregnant women with (p-value = 0.101>0.05), availability of information (p-value = 0.002>0.05), family support (p-value = 1.00> 0.05), and there is no relationship between work and class participation of pregnant women with (p-value = 0.000>0.05), knowledge (p-value = 0.000>0.05). In West Kalimantan, the prevalence of obesity in adolescents aged 16-18 years increased from only 1.0% in 2013 to 3.4% in 2018. Meanwhile, the prevalence of obesity in adolescents aged 16-18 years in Pontianak city also increased from 2013, which was only 0. .5% to 1.75% in 2018. The teenagers are experiencing obesity because their lifestyles are much different, judging by their habit of consuming fast food on the grounds that they follow trends, are practical and taste better. The purpose of this study was to determine student behavior in obesity prevention. The type of research is a descriptive study that aims to determine obesity prevention behavior in STIKes Baiturrahim Jambi students. The research was conducted in February -March 2022. However, the bored may also occur among Medication Supervisor (PMO) resulted medication non-adherence to the TB patients. This study aims to determine differences in the level of patient medication adherence through the use of Short Message Service (SMS) with PMO at Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang. The post-test only control group design was used on a population of pulmonary TB patients who were registered at the Puskemas Dinoyo Malang during July to December 2012 with a total of 33 patients. The sample were recruited using simple random sampling. The Self Reported Questionnaire and observation form used as study instrument. Fisher exact test was used in hypothesis testing. The results showed non- significant difference between the drug adherence among respondents who received SMS and respondents who received reminders from PMO only (p-value 0.50 > 0.05). Providing reminders at the same time every day, either by SMS or PMO only, is equally beneficial in the success of treatment. Together will increase compliance and reduce the negligence to take medication. Holistic care is care using a comprehensive concept so that it can detect early and prevent possible complications that will occur immediately. Midwives as health workers who play a role in maternal and child health are expected to be able to provide care with a holistic understanding of women. The innovation of holistic midwifery care in the Independent Practice of the Palembang City Midwife has not been popular among midwives in the City of Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, motivation, years of service, training, education, and age with holistic midwifery care innovations in midwifery independent practice services in the city of Palembang. This study used a quantitative approach, with an analytic survey design and a cross-sectional design. Statistically there is a significant relationship between knowledge (0.000), attitude (0.028), and training (0.003) with holistic midwifery care innovation in midwifery independent practice services. Statistically, there is no significant relationship between motivation (0.600), years of service (0.705), education (0.161), and age (0.753) with holistic midwifery care innovation in midwifery independent practice services. The variable that has the greatest relationship with holistic midwifery care innovation in midwifery independent practice services is knowledge.
