Making latrines is a human effort to maintain health by making the environment a healthy place. Based on the results of an initial survey of 10 households at Desa Busung, Teupah Tengah Sub District, Simeuleu District, 7 households had latrines that did not meet the requirements of healthy latrines and 3 households had latrines that met the requirements of healthy latrine. of this study was to determine the factors related to the ownership of the family's healthy latrines at Desa Busung, Teupah Tengah Sub District, Simeulue District in 2018. The design of this research is analytical survey research method with cross sectional design. The populations in this study were 177 households at Desa Busung, Teupah Tengah Sub District of Simeuleu District. The research sample was 64 families, taken by proportionate random sampling technique. The data obtained with primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Masyarakat umumnya pasti memiliki keinginan mendapat pelayanan yang berkualitas. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kompetensi dan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dan kualitas petugas kesehatan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Sei Agul. Adapun penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel 96 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai p-value antara kompetensi (0,015), kehandalan (0,043), daya tanggap (0,005), jaminan (0,109), empati (0,000), bukti fisik (0,002). Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda memperlihatkan bahwa kompetensi dan empati berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pasien. Namun yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien ialah Empati(0,000) dibandingkan dengan kompetensi (0,013). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara kompetensi, kehandalan, daya tanggap, empati dan bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkanjaminan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. The study was conducted inpatient at Dr. RSUD Pirngadi Medan. There were 88 research samples which were obtained using the Slovin formula. To analyze the data logistic regression test was used. Based on the results of the study note that the cost of treatment, factors at risk of losing loved ones, healing factors, factors that take care, household factors, family life threat factors, and length of stay factors affect the anxiety of the wife facing her husband who was hospitalized in hospitals DR. Pirngadi Medan 2020 and the most related factor is the risk of losing a loved one. Kawala Atei Mental Hospital of Central Kalimantan Province has a visit rate with the incidence of patients dropping out of treatment above 50%, from 2019 to June it is known that the number of patients dropping out of treatment there are 172 patients out of 256 patients who visited. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing dropouts for outpatient psychiatric patients at Kalawa Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan in 2019.This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design. This study was conducted at the Kalei Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan in November to December 2019. The population in this study was all families who have family members who experience mental illnesses dropping out of treatment as many as 256 people . The research sample of 78 people using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square formula and logistic regression. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the factors that influence the incidence of outpatient treatment for outpatient psychiatric patients at the Kalei Atei Mental Hospital in Central Kalimantan in 2019 are economic ability (p = 0.024), distance (p = 0,000), perception (p = 0.012 ), trust (p = 0.001). Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Sentosa Baru Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di puskesmas Sentosa Baru Kota Medan. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung dengan rata-rata kunjungan perbulan yaitu 422 pasien. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data hasil survey dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regeresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh wujud (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), cepat tanggap (responsiveness), kepastian (assurance) dan empati (emphaty) pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa wujud (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), cepat tanggap (responsiveness), (assurance) kepastian dan empati (emphaty) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Sentosa Baru Kota Medan dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah variabel cepat tanggap (responsiveness). Of the 1060 below five year-old children at Kelurahan Belawan II in 2016, two of them suffered from malnutrition. The objective of the research was to find out the correlation between the amount of food consumption, type of food consumption and frequency of food consumption with the nutritional status of below five year-old children at Kelurahan Belawan II, Medan Belawan. The research used an analytic survey method with sectional design. The population was 1060 below five year-old children, and 53 of them were used as the samples and the respondents consisted of 53 mothers. The data of food consumption pattern were gathered by using a 24 Hour-Food Recall, and the nutritional status anthropometry with BB/U (Body Weight of Age).The data were analyzed by using chi-square test. The result showed that 98.1% of the samples of food consumption pattern were in good category, 96.2% of the type of food consumption was not varied, 100% of the samples of food consumption frequency was infrequent, so that all in all the samples of food consumption was not good. 62.3% of the samples were good nutritional status, 35.8% the samples were nutritional deficiency, and 1.9% of the samples were malnutrition. The result of the statistic analysis showed that there was no correlation of the amount of food consumption with the nutritional status of balita and the type of food consumption with the nutritional status of balita. There was correlation between the frequency of food consumption and the nutritional status of below balita. In terms of origin or infection, it can come from the community (community acquired infection) or come from the hospital environment (Hospital acquired infection) which was previously known as nosocomial infection. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of individual, organizational and behavioral factors on nurse compliance in implementing hand hygiene in the inpatient room of Batu Bara Hospital. This type of research is a survey. The population in this study were 70 nurses who worked at Batubara Hospital and all of them were sampled. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test at the 95% confidence level, α = 5%. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of individual factors on nurses' compliance in implementing hand hygiene. There is an influence of organizational factors on nurses' compliance in implementing hand hygiene. Nurses' compliance in implementing Hand Hygiene is influenced by organizational factors of 4,119 times. Berbagai macam tugas keperawatan yang harus dilakukan saat menangani pasien sepertipengurusan jaminan pasien, mendorong pasien, mengantar kain laundry untuk dicuci, tuntutan pasien dankeluarga pasien yang sedang dirawat yang ingin mendapatkan perhatian yang baik dan lebih dengan seiringmeningkatnya jumlah pasien pada waktu tertentu ketika shift kerja, terutama shift kerja sore dan shift kerjamalam diprediksi menjadi beban kerja yang berat bagi para perawat. Kelelahan kerja adalah salah satu faktorpenurun kinerja yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesalahan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui “Hubungan Beban Kerja Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Perawat di Gedung Instalasi Rawat InapTerpadu (Rindu) B di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat H. Adam Malik Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat surveianalitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 perawat diGedung Instalasi Rawat Inap Terpadu (Rindu) B di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat H. Adam Malik Medan. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan uji chi square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dari hasil uji chisquare diperoleh nilai pvalue 0,001 (P˂0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan bebankerja dengan kelelahan kerja perawat. Untuk mengurangi kelelahan kerja diharapkan kepada pihak RumahSakit Umum Pusat H.
