Badiran, Anto Anto","doi":"10.34012/jkpi.v2i1.896","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.34012/jkpi.v2i1.896","url":null,"abstract":"ABSTRAK \u0000 \u0000Program Indonesia Sehat merupakan salah satu program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia Indonesia, meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan status gizi masyarakat melalui upaya kesehatan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang didukung dengan perlindungan finansial dan pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan kebijakan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga terhadap Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling yaitu sebanyak 66 ibu yang memiliki balita. Untuk menganalisis data tersebut digunakan uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) berhubungan dengan keluarga yang mengikuti Keluarga Berencana (p=0,020), ibu melakukan persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan (p=0,024), bayi mendapat imunisasi dasar lengkap (p=0,006), pemanfaatan (ASI) eksklusif (p=0,038), pemantauan pertumbuhan balita (p=0,000). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of doctor communication on the satisfaction of outpatients at the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers. This study is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design conducted at the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers Years from May to June 2020. The population in this study is the population in this study were all patients who visited as many as 76 people. Sampling was done in total sampling. Research data were analyzed using the Chi Square formula and logistic regression. Based on the results of the study note that there is an influence of openness (openess) of doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in public hospitals. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers, there was the influence of Emphaty (empathy) doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in the General Hospital. Imelda Medan Indonesian Workers, there is an influence of the attitude (supportiveness) of doctors on the satisfaction of outpatients in the General Hospital. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest in visiting the community to an integrated non-communicable disease guidance post at the UPTD Puskesmas Lahusa, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency. This study used a cross sectional study design. The research took place from June to July 2020 with a total sample of 95 people who were obtained using purposive sampling. Survey data were analyzed using the Chi Square test and logistic regression. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of education on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of distance on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of work on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of income on the interest in visiting to Posbindu PTM, there is an effect of family support on interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there is an effect of support from health workers on interest in visiting Posbindu PTM at UPTD Puskesmas Lahusa, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency. The variable that most influences the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM at the UPTD Lahusa Puskesmas, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency is family support. Suggestions in this study are for the public to increase their knowledge by actively participating in Posbindu PTM to prevent non-communicable diseases. In Sei Agul Puskesmas there are outpatient who expressed dissatisfaction as much as 49 people (51.6%). This research aims to determine the relationship quality of healthcare professionals with the satisfaction of a general Poly chamber patient in the health center of Sei Agul. The type of research used in this study is an analytical survey using the Cross-Sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 95 outpatient. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data retrieval using questionnaire measuring instrument. Analysis of data conducted in the analysis of Univariate and bivariate (test Chi- Square) with a degree of significance p Value = 0.05. The results showed that the reliability with the value p value = \u00000.006 (P Value < 0.05), responsiveness with the value p value = 0.002 (p value < 0.05), the guarantee with the value P value = 0.003 (P Value < 0.05), empathy with the value p value = 0.386 (p value > 0.05), and physical evidence with the value p value = 0.019 (p Value < 0,05). Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek pelaksanaan depot isi ulang di Desa Sapta Marga Kecamatan Manyak Payed Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang sesuai dengan hygiene serta sanitasi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sapta Marga Kecamatan Manyak Payed Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 62 seluruh pemilik depot air minum sebanyak 31 orang dan pekerja (penjamah) depot air minum. Untuk menganalisis data tersebut digunakan uji regresi logistik. \u0000Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hygiene dan sanitasi Air minum isi ulang di Desa Sapta Marga Kecamatan Manyak Payed Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang berhubungan dengan penjamah (p=0,233), air baku (p=0,012), sedangkan standar lokasi dan alat tidak berhubungan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi Air minum isi ulang di Desa Sapta Marga Kecamatan Manyak Payed Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan penjamah, air baku, berhubungan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi Air minum isi ulang di Desa Sapta Marga Kecamatan Manyak Payed Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.
