Supervised machine learning comes up with many strategies which can upgrade this next node selection for the range of applications. In this paper, ID3 based next node selection algorithm which uses entropy values for path resumption has been proposed. The simulation study of the algorithm showed that it performs well when compared to k-Nearest Neighbour and Naive Bayes algorithms in terms of evaluation metrics obtained from the confusion matrix and F1-score.","PeriodicalId":20006,"journal":{"name":"Periodico Di Mineralogia","volume":"67 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-04-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79634095","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thousands of wireless nodes are deployed in many applications to observe, to track and to control the quantities. These are Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). These nodes possess limited sensing, processing and communication. WSNs are subjected to various challenges and constraints. Accurate location information is needed for various applications. Global Positioning System is a good location detecting system. But it is not possible in WSN because of its cost and coverage in indoor applications. Few nodes may be fitted with a Global Positioning System called as anchor. All the nodes perform localization using anchors. The anchor travels to give complete coverage and the path length must be lesser. The important aspect of the paper is the proposed V curve path which provides lesser path length. The proposed algorithm handles the obstacle in a proper way. Also the mobile anchor provides wireless charging for the static nodes. Therefore, this increases the network lifetime.","PeriodicalId":20006,"journal":{"name":"Periodico Di Mineralogia","volume":"36 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-04-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89596435","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During the last few years, there has been a tremendous increase in activity in using multimedia data including both scientific and commercial domains. As a result, it's necessary to organize, store, analyze, and present available facts that meet user needs. Visual components are used in CBIR to find a picture from a large image document based on the user's interest and instantaneously query sequence attributes. The term 'content' may relate to the image's low-level properties such as color, form, or material. The need for CBIR arises because most image retrieval algorithms rely solely on textual information, resulting in a lot of garbage in the outcomes. Furthermore, searching for photos in a large database using keywords might be costly, inefficient, and fail to convey the user's purpose to describe the picture. To address this, the proposed research suggests \"JustClick\": a unique data fusion approach based on the Deep Fusion Convolution Neural Network (DFCNN) method for enhanced extraction of features. With the notion of intent research, this approach hybridizes linguistic and visual commonalities to capture the user's purpose. Only one click on a query picture is required for the images returned by text-based searches to be re-ranked dependent on their linguistic and visual similarity to the image database. The suggested system's performance is proved by making comparisons to text-based and content-based systems. The suggested JustClick system provides an effective automatic retrieval of comparable photos with better extracting of the features, yielding encouraging results with retrieving effectiveness of 97.7% on average.","PeriodicalId":20006,"journal":{"name":"Periodico Di Mineralogia","volume":"341 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-04-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77664649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unquestionably, concept design is the most in line with the direction in which design theory is moving. Studies in this area are relatively rare, nevertheless. The definition of conceptual design and its characteristics for mechanical items are explained in this article. To advance the theoretical framework of conceptual design for mechanical products and its methodologies, as well as to give direction for the growth of design activities, several principles and methods of conceptual design for mechanical products are being explored. The foundation of product innovation is product conceptual design. Additionally, conceptual product development and product design have a significant impact on product detailed design, product manufacturing development, product market development, as well as the achievement of business strategic goals for companies during the product innovation process.","PeriodicalId":20006,"journal":{"name":"Periodico Di Mineralogia","volume":"35 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-04-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79444484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Solar PV’s installation area is a major bottleneck in solar power generation development. Solar PV panels are placed below HV lines using Right of Way (RoW) principles and protected by a safety margin of RoW. In solar PV panels that are situated under HV power lines, due to electromagnetic interference, conversion efficiency is increased. Interference from electromagnetic waves on solar PV panels has no detrimental effects. This paper aims to evaluate and validate the positive effect of the electromagnetic interference produced by HV transmission lines on the efficiency of the solar PV system.","PeriodicalId":20006,"journal":{"name":"Periodico Di Mineralogia","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-04-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77813997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Irrespective of wooden or FRP boat hulls, biofilms are inevitable due to accumulation of algae, bacteria and other microorganisms. This eventually leads to the accumulation of barnacles and sea weeds in second phase which causes serious bio-fouling. Bio-fouled boats or ships face serious decline in speed due to drag force (respective of the fluid friction) and overall efficiency too. Hence in this study, a series of bio-film coatings such as Teflon and epoxy are performed and corresponding fouling studies are done. Also, the effects of blending organic pesticide along with anti-fouling agents are also studied. Experimental investigation shows that two major benefits, first one is about the performance of bio-fouling factors observed with different water samples in 3 different stages (Log, stationary and declined condition) and second is about epoxy coating blended with organic pesticide (Azadirachta Indica) volume fraction is effective in reducing bio fouling in boat hulls.","PeriodicalId":20006,"journal":{"name":"Periodico Di Mineralogia","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85006199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It exposed the entire body of an agricultural tractor operator to vibration. Thus, the body of the driver, constantly exposed to the vibration, becomes fatigued. This fatigue becomes a factor in the driver's inattention. The driver’s body has transmitted to vibration through the tractor's seat, accelerator pedal, brake pedal, and steering wheel. Quantifying seat, accelerator pedal, brake pedal, and steering wheel vibrations is one of the most important factors in determining the cause of vibration and correcting it. The ISO 5349 standard lays down a guideline for the measurement and assessment of vibrations transmitted by the human hand. To meet the ISO 5349 standard, assess human exposure to hand-transmitted vibration and meet the human subjective comfort level. It must keep the vibration within a specified range. This study attempts to measure steering wheel vibrations through a new machine vision system using up-sampled cross correlation and a Discrete Finite Transform algorithm. In this study, it was impossible to calculate vibration in three axes from the video images recorded by the camera. According to ISO 5349-2, the vibration obtained on two axes multiplied by 1 to 1.7 to calculate the equivalent measurement for the vibration on the third axis. The results show that when the vibration is high; the errors are less and when the vibration is low, near zero, the errors range from 30 % to 50 %. But this study suggests that very low-level vibrations are unnecessary for vibration analysis. This study is not suitable for Nano-vibration measurement methods that Paved, and test. The analyzer analysed I-kaz Vibro analyse and data dispersion HAV levels.
