The research type is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 100 people. Data collection and analysis are using Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient, Hypothesis Test, and Path Analysis. Cross sectional study was used to test the research hypotheses. The data was collected through questionnaires which were distributed to Members of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jakarta where the industries and investment activities are centralized. A random sample of 345 members was used to collect the data. The response rate was 91%. The results show a significant positive direct effect of individual factors on the entrepreneurial engagement. Institutional conditions, including government policy and universities supports, have a positive effect on the relationship between individual factors and entrepreneurial engagement. This research is useful for prospective entrepreneurs in Indonesia so that they can utilize the resources they have in the entrepreneurial engagement process. Likewise it will help the institutional parties that influence the process of entrepreneurial engagement in creating entrepreneurial atmosphere and culture. \u0000Keywords: Individual Factors, Institutional Conditions, Entrepreneurial Engagement, Entrepreneurship in Indonesia \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menyelidiki pengaruh langsung faktor individual, meliputi tingkat pendapatan dan pendidikan individu terhadap entrepreneurial engagement, termasuk pengaruh kondisi institusional, meliputi kebijakan pemerintah dan dukungan universitas, terhadap hubungan antara faktor individual dan entrepreneurial engagement. Studi cross sectional digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada anggota Kadin Jakarta dimana kegiatan industri dan investasi terpusat. Sampel acak sebanyak 345 anggota digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Tingkat respon sebanyak 91%. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh langsung faktor individual signifikan positif terhadap entrepreneurial engagement. Kondisi institusional, meliputi kebijakan pemerintah dan dukungan universitas berpengaruh positif dalam hubungan antara faktor individual dan entrepreneurial engagement. Penelitian ini berguna untuk calon wirausaha di Indonesia sehingga mereka dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki dalam proses entrepreneurial engagement. These factors include family environment, capital, and freedom of work. The data used is the primary data of the questionnaire to 80 women respondents spread over the Jakarta area. The results showed that the family environment, capital, and freedom of work influenced women's motivation for online entrepreneurship. There is still not optimal employee performance, it is thought the fact that there to be caused by a perceived high workload resulting in lower job motivation and job satisfaction of employees. Research conducted at Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Data were collected by quitionnaire instruments covered by five rating scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Quantitative research was conducted by discribing and verification data. The Multiple linear regression analysis are the statistic approach to data analysis. Hypothesis testing are done by t-test and F-test. The study produced three major finding consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that are : 1) the workload of employees are in the high category, 2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the category of not bad. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance can be done by manage the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfication . The traditional market conditions are mostly dirty and uncomfortable to shop but still crowded by buyers. This study uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The research location is Arriyad market, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta. The research sample was 60 traders from 289 traders. The results show that traditional market development is carried out by the market manager Arriyadh through traditional market revitalization aimed at increasing market competitiveness and reactivating traditional market activities in order to compete with the modern market. Analysis of market development strategies in increasing the satisfaction of traders in the Arriyadh market includes four aspects including social aspects, non-physical aspects, economic aspects and physical aspects. From the analysis of the four aspects the traders were not satisfied, because the system of follow-up complaints and suggestions were slow, facilities and infrastructure were not optimal and the welfare of traders in terms of income was not optimal (decreased). Metode analisis secara kuantitatif melalui statistic inferensial untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel yang diteliti. Disimpulkan bahwa Eksebisi berpengaruh signifikan dalam arah yang positif terhadap penjualan produk halal. Guna mendukung hipotesis tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran dan Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Perguruan Tinggi.Penelitian dilakukan pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi IPWI Jakarta kampus 2 Cikeas, menggunakan random/probability tehnik sampling dengan target Mahasiswa Strata 1 sebanyak 90 responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total populasi 859 Mahasiswa pada margin error 10%. Pengambilan data dengan instrumen kuesioner tertutup lima skala penelitian dari sangat tidak setuju hingga sangat setuju. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian dan melakukan analisis inferensi. Analisis korelasi berganda (R2) dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji-t dan uji-F.Penelitian menghasilkan persamaan regresi bahwa Bauran Pemasaran dan Perilaku Konsumen mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Perguruan Tinggi Pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi IPWI Jakarta Kampus 2 Cikeas dengan hasil Y= 0,622+0,672X1+0,157X2 sehingga sesuai dengan hipotesis. Hasil pengujian signifikansi t menghasilkan bahwa Bauran Pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh signifikan sedangkan perilaku konsumen tidak signifikan.Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut maka upaya memformulasikan strategi bauran pemasaran menjadi prioritas. (c) Apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pengaruh Persepsi Karier dan Kedisiplinan terhadap Prestasi Kerja?Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka terhadap Persepsi karier, Kedisiplinan dan Prestasi Kerja. Metode yang dilakukan dengan memperguakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Persepsi karier (X1) dan variabel Kedisiplinan (X2) terhadap variabel Prestasi Kerja (Y).Saran yang ditujukan adalah harus meningkatkan persepsi karier, meningkatkan Kedisiplinan dan meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja.
