Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 50 wirausaha perempuan di Bogor. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja wirausaha perempuan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan yang dimediasi oleh strategi bisnis berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja wirausaha perempuan. Orientasi kewirausahaan yang kuat diiringi dengan strategi efisiensi biaya, strategi diferensiasi produk, dan strategi segmen pasar spesifik akan memberikan kemungkinan yang lebih besar bagi wirausaha perempuan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dan menjadi lebih kompetitif.Kata kunci: kinerja; orientasi kewirausahaan; strategi bisnis; UMKM; wirausaha perempuan             ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the direct effect of entrepreneurial orientation and business strategy and also the indirect effect of entrepreneurial orientation, mediates by business strategy, on the performance of women entrepreneurs in Bogor. This study used the primary data of 50 women entrepreneurs in Bogor. The data was analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation has no directly effect on the performance of women entrepreneurs. The results also showed that entrepreneurial orientation that is mediated by business strategy has a greater effect on improving the performance of women entrepreneurs. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai Maret 2020 dengan bantuan Google Formulir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan orang tua siswa yang sedang atau pernah menempuh pendidikan di Sentra Lingua Depok. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 50 responden melalui kuesioner tentang kesadaran merek dan harga. Metode pengujian instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Kesadaran merek, persepsi  harga, keputusan pembelian The Influence of Brand Awareness and Prices Perception on Purchasing Decisions at the Language Course Institute Lingua Sentra, Depok ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand awareness and price perception on the purchasing decisions of consumers at the language course Institute Lingua Sentra Depok. This research was conducted in March 2020 with the help of the Google Form application. The population in this study is students and their parents who are currently or have studied at Sentra Lingua Depok. Sampling using random sampling. The research data were obtained through questionnaires regarding brand awareness and price to 50 respondents. The instrument testing method used is validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is quantitative using SPSS Statistics 22. The results showed that brand awareness and price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan komitmen manajemen dan kondisi fasilitasi dari sudut pandang karyawan serta ketrampilan karyawan dalam mempengaruhi penerapan pemeliharaan preventif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 64 karyawan pelaksana pemeliharaan di kawasan Industri Cikarang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linier ganda. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan komitmen manajemen, kondisi fasilitasi dan keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap penerapan pemeliharaan preventif dengan arah positif. Keterampilan karyawan menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi penerapan pemeliharaan preventif, kemudian komitmen manajemen dan terakhir kondisi fasilitasi.Kata kunci: Pengungkapan Komitmen manajemen; Kondisi fasilitasi; Keterampilan; Implementasi Pemeliharaan Preventif Preventive Maintenance Implementation: Management Commitment Disclosure, Facilitating Condition and SkillABSTRACTPreventive maintenance implementation is a necessity for every company because it can provide productivity benefits, but until now it has not been clearly revealed that factors really influence it. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of management commitment disclosure and facilitating conditions and employee skills toward preventive maintenance implementation. The research data find out from questionnaires which is to 64 maintenance staff in the Cikarang industrial area. This research uses a quantitative method which is multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows that management commitment disclosure, facilitating conditions, and skills affect the preventive maintenance implementation in a positive direction. Objek penelitian pada PT Matahari Putra Prima,Tbk cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan software SEM Smart PLS sebagai alat analisis. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 84 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui menggunakan google form dalam mengisi survei online . Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji R- square,Bootstrapping,Path Coefficient, dan Specific indirect effects. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa talent management tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee retention,talent management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap engagement,employee engagement mimiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee retention,employee engagement mampu memberikan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi hubungan talent management terhadap employee retention pada karyawan pt matahari putra prima,tbk. Kata kunci: Talent Management, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement. The Role of Employee Engagement Mediation on the Effect of Talent Management on Employee Retention ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of talent management on employee retention mediated by employee engagement. The object of research at PT Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula was 84 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that talent management has no positive and significant effect on employee retention, talent management has a positive and significant effect on engagement, employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee retention, employee engagement is able to have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between talent management and employees. Retention to employees of PT Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk. Proses berfikir disini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih dalam. Pengetahuan yang diperoleh akan menjadi landasan mencapai kesuksesan. Banyak yang menganggap bahwa orang cerdas dalam intelektual akan sukses dalam bekerja. Tetapi, kinerja seseorang tidak hanya ditentukan dari kecerdasan intelektual saja, melainkan adanya dukungan dari kecerdasan lain, yaitu emosional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual terhadap kinerja. Pada penelitian ini sampel populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Balai Besar & Loka POM di Aceh  yang  berjumlah  157 orang  dengan  sampel  yang  diambil sebanyak minimal 60 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dimana semua elemen populasi punya kesempatan untuk dijadikan sebuah sampel. Pengumpulan data sampel menggunakan sistem angket. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : kecerdasaan; intelektual; emosional; spiritual; kinerja The Influence Of Intellectual, Emotional, And Spiritual Intelligence On Performance Of Employees At Banda Aceh National Agency Of Drug & Food Control ABSTRACT Society defines intelligence as the thinking ability of an individual. The thinking process is conducted to gain in-depth knowledge. The knowledge gained will be the foundation for success. Many people think that intelligence in intellectual will be successful at work.  Working performance is not only determined by intellectual intelligence but also from other bits of intelligence, namely emotional and spiritual intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on working performance. In this study, the population sample was all employees of Balai Besar & Loka POM in Aceh, 157 people in total with 60 samples taken using probability sampling techniques where all elements of the population had the opportunity as a sample. In addition, the sample of data collection used questionnaires. Moreover, the data analysis used multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS version 23 application. The findings show that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence affect the dependent variable on the working performance of employees. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen atau pengguna produk helm merk KYT yang ada di Kota Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Perhitungan data menggunakan software SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa citra perusahaan dan citra produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm merek KYT di Kota Surabaya. Sedangkan citra konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm merek KYT di Kota Surabaya. Citra produk menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm merek KYT di Kota Surabaya. Kata kunci: Citra Merek; Citra Perusahaan; Citra Konsumen; Citra Produk; Keputusan Pembelian The Influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decision of KYT Helmet ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image on purchasing decisions for KYT helmets in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all consumers or users of KYT helmet products in Surabaya. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data testing method used is a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, F test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Calculation of data using SPSS 23 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the company image and product image have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of KYT helmet brands in Surabaya. Meanwhile, consumer image does not have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase KYT helmet brands in Surabaya. Product image is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the purchasing decision of KYT helmet in Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus pada UKM Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM). Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu jumlah keseluruhan populasi UKM Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM) sebanya 67 orang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dan hasil dari pengumpulan kuesioner tersebut dari data kualitatif menjadi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data dari responden tersebut akan diolah menggunakan software smartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan modal minimal investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi.Kata kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Modal Minimal, Minat Investasi, Pasar Modal Indonesia The Effect of Financial Literation and Minimum Capital on Investment Interest in StudentsABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and minimal investment capital on students' interest to invest in the Indonesian capital market. This research uses a case study on SME Capital Market Study Group (KSPM). The sampling method in this study uses a saturated sample that is the total population of the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) consists of 67 people. This type of research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a research instrument and the results of collecting the questionnaire from qualitative data to quantitative using a Likert scale. Data from these respondents will be processed using smartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) software. The Situational Leadership has an effect on the Employees Performance. Penelitian sensus dilakukan dimana 44 responden dipilih. Regresi Linier Berganda merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan. Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. Conducted research with the aim to determine the effect of the environment, motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. \u0000The study was conducted at PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama by taking 100 employees as research samples calculated using the Slovin formula from a total population of 1369 employees at a 10% error margin. Tests carried out with a closed questionnaire instrument five rating scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The study was conducted quantitatively by describing research data and descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. \u0000 The three main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely: 1) The work environment partially did not significantly influence employee performance; 2) Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance; 3) Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000 \u0000Lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan tiga faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam memepengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. Dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan, motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama. \u0000Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Abadi Bersama dengan mengambil 100 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total populasi 1369 karyawan pada margin error 10%. Pengujian dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner tertutup lima skala penilaian dari sangat tidak setuju sampai dengan sangat setuju. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian dan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. \u0000 Penelitian menghasilkan tiga temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: 1) Lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. In order to prove the presence or absence of the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable, research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the presence of influence of these three variables on the performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees. \u0000The study was conducted at Springfield Cibubur school by taking saturated samples from the whole employee population excluding researcher. The questionnaire was distributed to 59 respondents with returned rate of 100%. Margin of error of 5% is used for the research. \u0000The study produced 5 main findings as follows: (1)Organizational culture has influence on performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (2) Job satisfaction has no influence on performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (3) Organizational culture has influence on organizational commitment of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (4) Job satisfaction has no influence on organizational commitment of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (5) Organizational commitment has no influence on performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: \u0000organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000 \u0000Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan variabel yang diduga relatif signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur. Untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa adanya pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan pada sekolah Springfield Cibubur. \u0000Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah Springfield Cibubur dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh terhadap seluruh populasi karyawan, dengan tidak mengikutsertakan peneliti. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 59 responden dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%.
