Gastritis in the community, especially in teenagers or students, is a very common suffered which can be influenced by factors of knowledge and behavior to prevent gastritis. This research aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with the behavior of gastritis prevention in students at Saint Elisabeth School of Health Sciences Medan. This research design uses descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 32 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. The result of this study shows that students have enough knowledge about gastritis (50%) and have enough gastritis prevention behaviors (56,3%). Data analysis with the Chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0.046, where p<0.05 indicates a significant positive relationship between knowledge and gastritis prevention behavior in STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan students in 2020. This study aimed to map the resistance and presence of the dengue virus in Aedes sp mosquitoes in Pinang Kencana Village. This research was observational with a descriptive approach. The samples were mosquitoes bred in the Vector Laboratory of Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Tanjungpinang, from eggs trapped in ovitraps distributed in the study area. A total of 78 ovitraps were placed inside the house, 45 were positive, while 45 positive ovitraps were placed outside the house out of a total of 84 ovitraps. Ovitrap index numbers outside (57.7%) and inside the house (53.6%) with an overall ovitrap index of 55.6%. The resistance test results using the CDC bottle bioassay method showed that Aedes sp mosquitoes from Pinang Kencana Village were resistant to the pesticide deltamethrin dose of 10 g/bottle with a diagnosis time of 30 minutes with a mosquito mortality percentage of 68.33%. Improving preparedness aims to prepare people, so they don't panic too much when a disaster occurs to save themselves and their families from minimizing losses. Most of the people of Negeri Rutah work as fishermen and move around the coast, thus placing the community at high risk of earthquakes and tsunamis. This quantitative research uses a quasi-experimental method: pre-post test without a control group. The research sample is the coastal community of the State of Rutah, totaling 84 families. Counseling using disaster preparedness videos and earthquake and tsunami booklets. The results showed that didn't normally distribute the data with the Wilcoxon test results before and after intervention, p-value=0.001 (p<0.005), meaning that there was a significant effect of counseling on emergency response to the earthquake and tsunami on increasing preparedness of coastal communities in Negeri Rutah. In Indonesia, it is recorded that 7.8 million out of 23 million children under five are stunted or around 35.6%. Based on the Tumalehu Health Center report (November 2019), it shows that in 2019 the number of children under five was 1467 and those with poor nutritional status were 89 children (6.07%). The research objective was to analyze the relationship between environmental sanitation and stunting in children under five in the coastal area of Tumalehu Health Center. This research method is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach, the number of samples is 313 toddlers. Data were analyzed using Chi Square Test. The results of the study using a bivariate test showed that there was a relationship between environmental sanitation, consisting of clean water facilities (p=0.014), SPAL (p=0.05) and waste disposal facilities (p=0.00) with the incidence of stunting (HAZ) in toddler. Activities that can cause health problems are improper work attitudes such as sitting, standing, bending, squatting, walking, and others. Health problems related to work attitudes are complaints of low back pain (LBP). This type of research is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Research respondents are brick workers in Babatan Seluma Village with 60 workers. Data were obtained by interviewing the respondents' characteristics, years of service, work attitudes, and complaints of LBP. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between variables and the logistic regression test to determine the factors most at risk for the occurrence of complaints. The results showed that 51.70% of the respondents were less than 40 years old, the respondent's working period of more than 10 years was 51.80%, and most of the respondents (56.70%) had non-ergonomic work attitudes. This study shows a relationship between age, tenure, and work attitude towards LBP complaints with a p-value (0.040; 0.050; 0.016). This study aimed to determine the level of work stress of psychiatric nurses in the Mental Hospital. This type of research is descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of as many as 83 nurses from 12 inpatient rooms at the Aceh Mental Hospital with the criteria of implementing nurses, marital status, D3, and S1 education, nurses on duty, and willing to be respondents in this study. The instrument used to measure work stress is The Workplace Stress Scale which contains 8 statement items with 5 Likert scales. The results showed that the majority of respondents were in the category of severe stress (32.5%) followed by moderate stress (28.9%), potentially dangerous (24.1%), and mild stress (14.5%). Work stress on psychiatric nurses in the Aceh Mental Hospital inpatient room is in the category of severe stress. This study aimed to determine the performance of health workers to reduce the incidence of dengue fever at the Jambi City Health Center in 2020. This study used a cross-sectional design with several respondents 80 officers, the sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the length of work (OR = 0.184), facilities and infrastructure (OR = 1.977), supervision (OR = 2.118), and superior support (OR = 2.029) with the performance of health workers, and there was no significant relationship between the last education (OR=1.152) and reward (OR=1.472) with the performance of health workers. The concept of health belief model is a health belief model with 4 (four) main concepts, namely perceived susceptibility, perceived seriousness, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers. This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship of four (4) health belief model components with the prevention behavior of Covid-19 in health students. This research method uses a descriptive-analytic design with a correlation study approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 students with a sampling technique that is probability sampling cluster sampling. The results of the health belief model components that have a relationship with Covid-19 prevention behavior in respondents are the perceived susceptibility component with p-value=0.000 (p<0.05), the perceived severity component with p-value=0.000 (p<0.05), and the perceived benefit component. with p-value=0.0002 (p<0.05).
