The problem of low awareness and gender norms that are still closely embedded in Indonesian society are inhibiting factors in modern approaches to waste management, thereby impacting the burden on local governments in waste management. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of gender on concern for waste. Methods: Cross-sectional deskriptif survey study in the Borobudur sub-district area of 374 respondents representing the X generation or millennial generation and Z generation. This study shows that the difference in the average value (mean) of the variabels of knowledge, concern, perception, millennial PKK actions, and external faktors regarding institutions is slightly higher in the female group, namely 0.5005, 0.2207, 0.1452, 0 .8338, and 0.1046. But, individual perceptions of concern for community groups are slightly higher in the male group, namely 0.0659. The benefits of breakfast can improve learning achievement. The long-term effects of nutritional intake and status can influence cognitive. This research aimed to determine the relationship between breakfast and the nutritional status and academic achievement of students. This research is an observational analytic with a cross-sectional study approach carried out on nutrition students at the Maluku Ministry of Health Polytechnic. The population was 176 people and the sample was 71 people who were willing to be involved in the research until completion. The research location was carried out at the Maluku Ministry of Health Polytechnic. The dependent variables used are nutritional status and academic achievement, while the independent variable is breakfast. Analysis of the relationship between variables was carried out using a chi-square. The results of the study showed a correlation between breakfast and nutritional status, p-value (0.002) and breakfast with achievement, p-value (0.205). In conclusion, there is a relationship between breakfast and students' nutritional status, but it has no relationship with academic achievement. Long-term use of hormonal contraceptives causes changes in lipid metabolism. Moringa has the activity of lowering cholesterol levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera) on cholesterol levels. This research method uses a quasy experiment with a sample of 66 respondents consisting of 33 intervention group respondents who were given moringa leaf extract for 28 days and 33 control group respondents) with simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using t test. The results of the paired t test on cholesterol levels in the intervention group showed significant results, namely p value 0.000. The paired t test results on cholesterol levels in the control group showed insignificant results, namely p value 0.532. The results of the independent sample test on cholesterol levels in both groups showed a significant p value of 0.000. Cholesterol levels decreased after giving moringa leaf extract to 3-month injectable birth control acceptors. Nurses have more medical actions than other medical workers. This condition gives nurses more significant work pressure and increases stress levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between work factors and work stress experienced by nurses. The type of research is a quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were nurses who worked in Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta. The total population in this research is 191, and the samples taken were 125 people. This study used a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that 53 nurses (42.4%) experienced work stress, and 72 (57.6%) did not experience work stress. The bivariate analysis results show a significant association between job demands, social support, interpersonal relationships, roles and organisational changes with job stress. There is also an insignificant association between control over work and job stress. This study aimed to create an alternative Hb standard, replacing the manufacturer's Hb standard. This study used an experimental with pre and posttest without control group design. PMI blood waste PRC was processed into hemolysate, added with lyoprotectant, lyophilized, checked Hb levels using the Cyanmethemoglobin method as a grouppre test, stored at 4OC for six months, checked Hb levels with the Cyanmethemoglobin method as a grouppost test. Homogeneity Test and Stability Test were carried out according to ISO 13528:2015. The average Hb level of PRC lyophilisate before storage (Xr)=15.06 g/dl, obtained Ss≤0.3σpt, so that it was declared homogeneous according to the homogeneous acceptability value according to ISO 13528: 2015. After being stored for six months at 4OC, the average level of Hb lyophilisate PRC (Yr) =14,68 g/dl, obtained |Xr-Yr| ≤ 0.3σpt so that it was declared stable according to the stable acceptability value according to ISO 13528: 2015. Hb levels of PRC lyophilisate were stated to be homogeneous and stable for six months. Unnatural working positions can increase worker stress and may affect the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Complaints of muscle strain occur in the part of the skeletal muscle that the worker feels, because the muscle is constantly under static load for a long time. This study aimed to identify the factors that influence muscle tone in blacksmith workers. The nature of this study was to use a cross-sectional approach to analytical observations. The total number of workers is 39, which are taken on a pro-rata basis. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and measurements. Physical workload was measured based on a person's heart rate, while work posture was assessed using RULA. The assessment of musculoskeletal disorders is based on the NBM approach. The data were then analyzed using chi-square and Fisher's exact test. The results showed that 41 percent of workers in the high group experienced muscle strains and 59 percent in the low group. The factors that affect the muscle tension of blacksmith workers are age, gender, working hours and working posture. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the learning achievement of nursing students. This research was a descriptive analysis research with a cross sectional approach. Respondents in this study were 88 nursing students from the Maluku Health Polytechnic. The independent variables are the characteristics of the respondents which consist of gender, age, residential area, and last type of education. While the dependent variable is student learning outcomes. The results of this study show that gender, age, and the last type of education do not affect the results of online learning outcomes. Only residential area had an influence on online learning outcomes (p <0.05). The educational background in remote, border and island areas was usually known for various complex problems, one of which is the lack of facilities and infrastructure. Corn is a source of nutrients and bioactive compounds and red beans are a source of vegetable protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber, B vitamins, folasin, thiamine, calcium, phosphorus and iron. The aim of this study was to analyze the organoleptic quality and nutritional quality of biscuits with substitution of corn flour and red bean flour. This type of research is experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD). The organoleptic quality of color, taste, aroma and texture had a significant effect on biscuit products with corn flour and red bean flour substitutions. Treatment 2 was the most preferred by the panelists. The lower the proportion of corn flour, the lower the value of energy, carbohydrates and fat in the biscuits. The higher the proportion of red bean flour, the higher the protein value of the biscuits. Substitution of corn flour and red bean flour has a significant effect on the organoleptic quality and nutritional quality of biscuits. The results showed that the use of MCH Handbooks was mostly good (67.69%), educational media were mostly MCH books (44.74%), the most education was exclusive breastfeeding (96.92%), the least education is physical exercise during the postpartum (63.08%). Analysis show that the most needed information is information about exclusive breastfeeding (81.54%) and the need for educational media other than MCH books (84.62%). Qualitative results indicate that online postpartum information media needed by respondents beside the MCH book currently used.
