Nursing care is expected to be of good quality anduseful in preventing incidents of unwanted events that can harm patients and hospitals. The reality inthe hospital even though the socialization and training of patient safety have been carried out by thehospital to nurses and health workers there are still cases of injured patients, patients falling and wrongtreatment. This study aims to determine the relationship of nurse competencies that was nursingstudies, nursing ethics, drug administration and measurement of vital signs with patient safety in PiruHospital in 2017. The type of research is descriptive analytic with design cross-sectional. Theinstrument used was a questionnaire, with a sample of 66 nurses at the Piru Hospital in Seram BagianBarat District. The results showed that there was a relationship between significant nursing assessmentcompetencies, nursing ethics, administration of drugs and the measurement of vital signs with patientsafety, at the Piru Hospital. Kader posyandu sebagai ujung tombakpelayanan kesehatan dasar di masyarakat dapat diberdayakan untuk mensosilisasikan pencegahanHIV/AIDS. Upaya pencegahan ini diintegrasikan kedalam tugas kader posyandu untuk memberikanpenyuluhan pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, kuasi eksperimen dengan rancanganpre test post ttest non-equivalent control group. 30 responden mendapatkan pelatihan dan 30responden mendapatkan leaflet. cara pengambilan sampel purposive sample. Hasil uji statistik terhadappengetahuan kader, p-value = 0,348 (tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan antara kedua kelompok sebelumintervensi). Post test 1 p-value = 0,000 dan Post test 2, p-value = 0,000 (ada perbedaan pengetahuanantara kedua kelompok). Hasil uji statistik terhadap sikap, kader, p-value = 0,057 dan Post test 1 pvalue \u0000= 0,450 (tidak ada perbedaan sikap antara kedua kelompok). Post test 2, p-value = 0,000 (adaperbedaan sikap antara kedua kelompok). Rata-rata skor praktik pre test dan post test 1 adalah 0, pvalue \u0000= 1,00 (tidak ada perbedaan praktik antara kedua kelompok). The purpose of this study was to analyze thebehavior of prevention of Hepatitis A disease including knowledge, attitude, immunization, sharing ofdrinking and eating equipment, eating and drinking practice together, and hand washing with soap atPandan Jaya Health Center Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Crossectional study design was performedwith a sample size of 103 respondents, sample was taken by simple random sampling. A total of 53people with Hepatitis A positive in 2016 was observed in this study. There was 61.2% of respondentshad a good knowledge about Hepatitis A, 58.3% of respondents had a positive attitude, 44.7% ofrespondents got Hepatitis A immunization. A total of 45.6% of respondents use cutlery and drinkingtogether, 41.7% of respondents consume food and beverages together and 35% of respondents washedhands with soap. There was a correlation between hand washing with soap with the incidence ofHepatitis A (Pvalue = 0,022, and OR = 0,386), while knowledge, attitude, immunization, sharing anddrinking practices, eating and drinking practice together were not associated with the cases of HepatitisA. Hand washing with soap was a variable having a significant relationship to the incidence ofHepatitis A disease. Since 2012 has beendeveloped Comprehensive Continues Services in the public health services level. The services startedfrom preventif, early HIV’s test until treatment activities from various field including complementarymedicine thus increasing the quality of life of patients AIDS. The complementary therapy has been developed including spiritual therapy. Pray therapy is one of complementary therapy which can increase level of lymphocite. The aims of This research to determine effect of pray therapy tolymphocyte level. Methode of this study used quacy experiment with non randomized control groupdesign with pre test and post test. Samples in the study were 20 peoples. Data were analyzed by usingindependent T-Test with result showed pray therapy for 30 minutes twice day has a significant effect oflymphocyte level (CD4). Violence against women in the household, both inurban and rural areas, always places women in a vulnerable position which results in a lack ofconfidence and inhibits women from empowering themselves. The importance of social support greatlyhelps women victims of domestic violence to improve their quality of life. This study aims to identifysocial support to improve the physical quality of life of women victims of domestic violence. Thedesign of this study is cross-sectional. The study sample consisted of 243 women victims of domesticviolence, aged 19-49 years. Assessment of social support using the Multidimensional Scale ofPerseived Social (MSPSS) questionnaire, while an assessment of physical quality of life usingquestionnaire The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) Bref the Indonesianversion. The results of the analysis show that there is a very strong relationship, the direction of thepositive relationship between social support with the quality of physical life is affected (R = 0.994, p =0.000). Increased HIV in women because women are vulnerable toHIV transmission. Various impacts can be experienced by women when contracting HIV, such as thepresence of HIV Stigma. Women are very vulnerable to HIV stigma and the consequences are due togender inequality. Women are often blamed for causing HIV infection and being immoral by thecommunity. Informational support’s necessary to HIV positive women facing HIV stigma. The studyaimed to identify the relationship between informational support and stigma of HIV in HIV positivewomen. The study used cross-sectional analytic design. The sample were 106 HIV-positive women,aged 15-60 years. The informational support assessment used questionnaires MOS-SS that have beenmodified, while the assessment of the stigma of HIV used the short version of the questionnaire BergerStigma Scale Indonesian translation. The results of the analysis showed that there is a relationshipbetween informational support and stigma of HIV (p-value 0,0001 α: 0.05) with OR 13,65.
