This research aims to know the Pedagogy Teacher SD Negeri 2 New Aceh Singkil Kuala. The approach used in this study is qualitative and descriptive research types. Subjects in the study were 14 teachers in SD Negeri Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil. Data collection is done by observation techniques. All data processed with the next stage of the analysis the qualitative data, namely data reduction, data model (Data Display), and withdrawal/verification conclusion. Data that have been obtained are then analyzed using descriptive percentage formula. The results of this research show that the implementation of the competency of the Pedagogy in SD Negeri 2 Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil already belongs, although there are some constraints experienced by the teachers. It is seen from the competence on aspects of the planning, execution and control of learning. Less teacher plan well the learning activities will be undertaken and methods/approaches to learning that are used are conventional teacher. Pedagogic competence is the ability of teachers in managing learning learners, and a teacher of skills related to the study of the interaction between teacher and student which includes an understanding of learners as an understanding of the nature, characteristics, and development of children in the process of teaching and learning in terms of providing material or evaluations in order to actualize the various potential learners. Not only that, students need to \"do it\", which is describing something in their own way, showing examples, trying to practice skills and doing tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. This research addressed the question: Is the Team Assisted Individualization model able to improve students’ learning outcomes in mathematics? While the purpose of this study was to find out how far the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization model can improve Mathematics in the topic of Flat Surfaces learning outcomes in class IV B. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this study is class IV B. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. Application of the Problem Based Instruction model is learning that involves the presentation of authentic and meaningful situations and serves as a basis for investigation and investigation for students. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is the Problem Based Instruction model with smart card media able to improve science learning outcomes in third grade students of SD 47 / IV Jambi? From the results of data analysis, it was found that student learning achievement experienced an increase from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (67.65%), cycle II (76.62%), and cycle III (87.50%). The conclusion of this study is that Problem Based Instruction learning methods with Smart Card media can have a positive effect on learning motivation of Students of Jambi Elementary School 47 / IV Class III of Semester I 2018/2019 academic year and this learning model can be used as an alternative teaching field of study Natural Sciences. This research was carried out in thefifth grade Students in Elemntary School 47 Jambi during the first semester of 2017/2018Academic Year. The action was carried out in 2 cycles with the subject matter covered incycle I was about explaining and reducing two fractions with different denominators and incycle II about multiplication and division of decimal fractions. Data was collected byobservation methods using observation sheets and student learning outcomes was collectedusing tests. The results of the study based on data analysis showed an increase in learningoutcomes from 64.29% wich is sufficient category in the first cycle to be a good category inthe second cycle with 83.93%. For student learning outcome there was an improvement from50% with inactive categories to 90% with very active categories.. It contains plans for activities or activities that will be carried out during learning. This research aims is to describe the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process in elementary school. The research method used is a survey method, involving a sample of 12 public and private elementary schools in the city of Sumedang. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed using simple statistical techniques. The results showed that the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process had a percentage of 68.0% and were in the high category. This shows that all activities listed in the lesson plan start from the initial activities (79.8%), main activities (63.8%) and closing activities (68.86%) are in accordance with the activities carried out in the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the lesson plan that has been prepared by the teacher and the learning process that has been carried out in the Sumedang City Primary School has a high level of suitability. However, even though it has a high category, but not fully in accordance with the lesson plan used, so there is still a need for further guidance and development for teachers so that they are always guided by the lesson plan so that learning becomes more directed and in accordance with the prepared plan. The research method used is quasi experimental with non-equivalent control group research design, sampling was done by using purposive sampling tehnique. The selected sample is class III A student as the control group that get a conventional model as the the treatment and class III B is an experimental class that get cooperative learning type talking stick model as the treatment. Based on the post –test data analysis, it showed that the average of control gorup student understanding concept is 60,50 while the experimental class is 85,50 it can be seen from the result of the right example test , the result of tcount ttable or 3,43 2,00 with a significant level of 0,05. Based on the results of research that has done, it can be concluded that the student understanding concept buying and selling activities IPS (social studies) subject the applied cooperative learning type talking stick model better than student that applied conventional model. This article reports a classroom action research conducted to improve students’ learning acievement in fractions at Grade V SDN 2 Banda Aceh. The participants were students of Class VA which consisted of 34 students, 22 boys and 12 girls. The research was conducted in 2 cycles, each consisted of 4 classroom meetings. The procedure of the research involved four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research questions covered students’ learning activities, students’ learning outcomes, and students’ responses on the implementation of NHT in the teaching of fractions. Results show that there were improvements in students’ learning activity from the average score of 2,57 in cycle 1 to 3,04 in cycle 2. Students’ learning outcomes improved from the average score of 66,30 in cycle 1 to 75,38 in cycle 2. Students’ responses in cycle 1 was 82,35% positive and increased to 88,24% in cycle 2. These results imply that the implementation of NHT is beneficial for students’ learning. Student learning achievement is the results achieved by students from their learning activities taken to obtain knowledge and skills that can be realized by changes in attitudes and behavior. Student learning achievement is strongly influenced by the creativity of a teacher as in choosing teaching methods, teaching media, quality and careful in seeing the potential of children in the school environment. A teacher's creativity greatly influences a student's learning achievement. In this case the teacher who has the potential to creativity in class is very positive influence on the progress of student learning achievement. To produce high student achievement it is necessary for teachers to hone their creative abilities to the maximum extent possible.
