One of the factors of increasing the efficiency of the horticulture industry in modern market conditions is high–quality planting material. Given the high labor intensity of planting material production and the lack of special equipment in nursery breeding, special attention should be paid to the introduction of effective methods and methods of reproduction. The most common way to obtain seedlings of berry crops is green cuttings. The increasing popularity of early berry crops causes an increase in demand for their planting material. To increase the production of seedlings, it is necessary to improve their cultivation technology. In addition, the variety of decorative advantages of honeysuckle attracts the attention of gardening specialists. The influence of growth regulators on the reproduction by green cuttings of four varieties of edible honeysuckle in the conditions of the Republic of Tatarstan has been studied. In the variant with the use of the stimulator \"Kornevin\", a higher percentage of rooting of cuttings was established compared to the control from 79.9 to 85.4%. Varietal influence on the rootability value was also noted, so the highest percentage of rooting of green cuttings was characterized in the Blue Spindle and Azure varieties - 81.9 and 85.4 percent. Treatments of green cuttings of edible honeysuckle with root formation stimulators had a significant impact on the yield of standard seedlings. The use of the drug \"Zircon\" for processing green cuttings of honeysuckle varieties provided the maximum yield of standard planting material in the experiment from 57.2% to 68.2%. The dynamics of buckwheat yield from 2000 to 2022 was considered, the average yield was equal to 10,5 c/ha. The range of yield fluctuations in the study years turned out to be 13,0 c/ha. The highest yield was recorded in 2008, when humidification conditions were favorable for the development of buckwheat plants, while the minimum figure was recorded in 2010 due to lack of precipitation and high temperature tension, which negatively affected the growth, flowering and maturation of the crop. To assess the dynamics of buckwheat yield development over time, indicators characterizing the dynamics of time series were analyzed. During the study period, variable dynamics of buckwheat yield was observed in the Republic of Tatarstan. The maximum increase was in 2011 compared to the previous year and amounted to 9,6c/ha, which is an increase of 355,6 %. The highest yield rates were recorded in 2011 and 2022 – 455,6 % and 226,9 %, respectively. The minimum rates of buckwheat yield in Tatarstan were noted in 2010 (22,7 %), 2021 (55,3 %) and 2018 (68,2 %). Air temperatures of the month of May, June and July during the periods 2000-2010 and 2011-2022 were compared. It was found that in the period 2011-2022 the average air temperature of the months considered is 0.8-1.0 °C higher than in 2011-2022. Each of them contains completely different amounts of nutrients and a wide range of gross feed units. The research results show a direct dependence of the choice of method of using corn on the zonal characteristics of the soil cover, the existing level of chemicalization and the power supply of agricultural units of the Republic of Tatarstan. It should also be particularly emphasized the high efficiency of the integrated use of agrochemicals on leached chernozems of the Republic of Tatarstan. Despite 5 years of liming, phosphorite treatment, the use of zeolite, and the application of NPK with the expectation of obtaining 35 t/ha of green mass, 10.6 t/ha of additional products were obtained, which is 34.6 percent higher than the control. In this version of the experiment, agromeliorants ensured the production of 41.2 t/ha of green mass versus 33.8 t/ha with the application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers without prior liming and phosphorite treatment in combination with the use of a prolongator (zeolite) at the rate of 0.5 t/ha. Morphostructural indicators have varietal differences. On average, over three years, such varieties as Arkhat-91 cm, Balkysh - 73 and Ekada 109-72 cm turned out to be the tallest. In other varieties, this figure ranged from 67 to 71 cm. The largest number of spikelets in an ear, as well as the number of grains in an ear was formed in varieties Ekada 109, Yoldyz and Idelle. The largest leaf area per unit area on both feeding backgrounds was formed by varieties Ekada 109 – 33,2 ... 34,1 thousand m2 / ha and Arhat – 32,8 ... 33,5 thousand m2 / ha. Over the years of research, the yield of the tested varieties, both on the fertilized variant and on the natural background of nutrition, differed sharply. The most fruitful studies over the years have identified such indicators as Ekada 109 – 3,1 ... 5,79 t per ha, Burlak – 2,31 ... 4,91 and Yoldyz – 2,54 ... 4,3 application of fertilizers. The same varieties showed the best results on a natural background of nutrition. On average, over three years, the increase from different varieties was: in the variant without fertilizers, the variety Yoldyz 0,34 t/ha, Burlak 0,44 and Ekada 109 – 0,62 t/ha compared to the standard. Savdur","doi":"10.12737/2782-490x-2023-57-62","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12737/2782-490x-2023-57-62","url":null,"abstract":"The development of animal husbandry on an industrial basis causes a sharp increase in the amount of highly polluted wastewater, the purification and disinfection of which is one of the most important tasks when deciding on their use in agriculture as fertilizer or discharge into reservoirs or irrigation fields. The effectiveness of such systems is achieved with the help of new ways of processing information and mathematical characteristics of technology processes. Based on the study of the main methods of creating discrete chemical and technological systems (CTS), the expediency of using the design of Petri nets (SP) to simulate the process of wastewater treatment of livestock farms (OSWF) was developed. To characterize the system, we use N–schemes, which are based on the mathematical system of the joint venture, which can form a network structure both in analytical form for automating work during analysis, and in graphical form to create visibility of the created model. Analyzing technological and chemical processes, it is important to take into account the formality condition of N–circuits, which assumes that the circuits do not take the properties of simulated systems in time, since the timing of the transition is taken to be zero. We took into account these conditions and proposed updated Petri nets that are focused on the analysis and simulation of discrete CTS, by changing the time delay of labels on transitions and positions, as well as by enabling transitions that are in priority. We have created a model in the form of a modified updated Petri net (SME). With the help of SCADA TRACE MODE technologies, we have developed a whole software package for the control system in the process of OSWF. The purpose of these studies is to study the features of the combined effect of organomineral fertilizers with pesticides on the productivity of spring wheat. Field experiments were conducted in 2020-2022 on the basis of AF \"Ayu\" LLC in the Arsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Organomineral fertilizers Bar GumBar Max, Chudozem were used during pre-sowing seed treatment, during the treatment of crops with herbicide in the tillering phase of spring wheat and in the tube phase during the treatment of crops with insecticide. Pre-sowing treatment of seeds with organomineral fertilizers in 2020 and in 2022 had a stronger impact on field germination than in the 2021 dry year. Non-root fertilizing with organomineral fertilizers in the phases of tillering and entering the spring wheat tube increased growth processes, increased the safety of seedlings for harvesting, increased the number of productive stems per unit area, grain weight from 1 ear, grain yield by 20% compared to the control. The use of organic fertilizers Batr GumBar Max contributed to the formation of spring wheat grain with a maximum gluten content in 2020 and in 2022 up to 24%, in 2021 dry year up to 29%. Field experiments were conducted in 2020-2021. The soil of the experimental site is typical gray forest, the content of humus (according to Tyurin) is 3.0%, mobile phosphorus and potassium (according to Kirsanov) is 160 mg/kg and 145 mg/kg of soil, respectively. The reaction of the soil solution is close to neutral (pH 6.6). In the experiment, a hybrid of sunflower Svetlanv was grown. The scheme of the experiment provided for the following options: control (background NPK); background NPK + Aminovell brand: Stimwell Set, 2.0 l/ha; background NPK + Aminovell brand: Stimwell Set, 2.5 l/ha; background NPK + Aminovell brand: Stimwell Set, 3.0 l/ha. The first foliar top dressing of plants was carried out in the phase of 4-6 leaves, the 2nd - 15 days after the last top dressing. Top dressing of sunflower with organomineral fertilizer of Aminovella in the phase of 4-6 pairs of real leaves enhanced the linear growth of the root system, which occupies 46.8-50.6 cm of the active soil layer against 41.4 cm at the control (without top dressing). Depending on the consumption rates, the height of plants increases from 152 cm at the control to 180 cm at the last experiment (2-fold top dressing with a consumption rate of 3 l/ha). The crude fat content decreases significantly as the yield of the greenhouse increases (from 50.7% in the control to 46.3% in the last version of the experiment). Preparations of the \"AgroNAN\" series were used in the form of leaf feeding in different phases of crop development, and \"Metallocene\" for seed treatment, which are environmentally friendly micro fertilizers containing trace elements. AgroNAN Active has pesticide properties, AgroNAN Organic leads to an increase in the action of enzymes and assimilation from fertilizers by plants N and P. Metallocene D increases the stress resistance of crops and replenishes the shortage of Mg. Abnormally arid conditions of the growing season of 2021 subjected chickpea beans in the version without fertilizers to premature ripeness and shedding, which led to a decrease in yield. The least cracking of beans was in the fertilized versions. The combined use of Metallocene D (0.3 ml /t) preparations for seed treatment and AgroNAN Active (0.2 l/ha) in the form of leaf dressing during the growing season, with a purchase price for grain – 40,000 rubles / t, made it possible to harvest chickpea grain - 1.91 t/ha, which increased the profitability of production up to 464%. Despite the dry weather conditions, the yield of spring triticale was good, which, with the same background of fertilizers, corresponded to 5.3 t/ha, with a production margin of 292.4%, with a purchase price for grain of 12,000 rubles/t. Cromwell and Rodriguez hybrids are siliceous, plastic, universal use with FAO 180. Bodor is a hybrid with dynamic growth in the early stages of development, FAO 170, suitable for grain and silage. Nestor is a hybrid with a high potential for grain productivity, FAO 190, adapts well to stressful conditions. Lionel is one of the early–maturing hybrids of the KVS RUS line. It is the leader for testing in the territory of the Russian Federation. It is cultivated for silage and grain, FAO 180. Frederico is a hybrid with a stable yield of grain and silage. It has a good ratio of starch and easily digested fiber, FAO 190. Studies have shown that the tallest plants are formed in Frederico hybrids – 169.9 cm and Bodor – 149.2 cm (measurements were carried out during the sweeping phase). The shortest plants were formed in the hybrid Nestor 124.6 cm. The feeding potential was manifested in the hybrids of Frederico and Lionel. The aboveground mass of these hybrids was 23.3 and 18.7 t/ha, respectively. The smallest aboveground mass was formed in the hybrid Nestor 14.6 t/ha. The largest assimilation surface of leaves was formed in Lionel hybrids – 48.6 thousand m2/ha and Frederico - 37.9 thousand m2/ha. And the smallest leaf area was obtained from the Cromwell hybrid – 35.1 thousand m2/ ha. The best grain potential was shown in the hybrids of Bodor and Frederico. Grain yields were 6.08 and 5.75 t/ha. The population studied was Wis Back Idial 101341, Reflection Sovering 198998, Montvik Chieftain 95679, Siling Traijun Rokita 252803 and Roseife City 267150. The best indicators were established in cows of the line V.B. Ideal for the 1st and 3rd lactation (7086 and 7431 kg of milk with the amount of milk fat 271 and 285 kg and the amount of milk protein 225 and 238 kg), and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05-0.001) in relation to other lines. In second place are the animals of the Reflection Sovering line. Cows of the line S.T. Rokita had a high milk fat content (3.85 and 3.94%) at P<0.05. In V. Aidial's line, the best milk yield indicators are shown by first-calf heifers of the SWEET-HAVEN TRADITION branch (7143 kg). In the R. Sovering line, cows of the TO-MAR BLACKSTAR-ET branch showed the greatest increase in milk yield by 89-1226 kg, milk fat yield by 4-42 kg, milk protein yield by 2-37 kg (P<0.001), and high milk fat content (3.86%) of the cow of the S-W-D VALIANT line (P<0.01-0.001). According to the 3rd lactation in the line of R. Sovering, cows of the S-W-D VALIANT branch show an advantage in milk yield by 353-831 kg of milk, mass fraction of fat - by 0.05-0.08%, milk fat yield - by 20-36 kg and milk protein yield - by 12-26 kg (P<0.05-0.01).
