The planar shift of these terminals away from one of symmetry axis of Greek Cross shaped Four-Terminal Silicon Piezoresistive (FTSP) Transducer is considered. Some physical features of anisotropic behavior of deformed silicon under the applied mechanical pressure are taken into consideration. Both cases of power supplying of FTSP transducer with constant voltage supply and constant current supply are analyzed. All calculations were carried out with Couple-Field Finite-Element Method (FEM) realized in ANSYSTMsoftware. It follows from calculations that photolithography mistakes can bring a significant investment into the deviation of characteristics of FTSP transducer.","PeriodicalId":197337,"journal":{"name":"2005 5th International Conference on Microwave Electronics: Measurement, Identification, Applications","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116121647","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The strongest one, called local topos, is motivated by the key examples of finite trees and sheaves with compact support. Local toposes satisfy all the usual exactness properties of toposes but are neither cartesian closed nor have a subobject classifier. Examples for the weaker notions are local homemorphisms and discrete fibrations. Finally, for partial toposes with supports we show how they can be completed to toposes via an inverse limit construction.","PeriodicalId":197337,"journal":{"name":"2005 5th International Conference on Microwave Electronics: Measurement, Identification, Applications","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124449463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To growth of frequency there is a redistribution of a current in cross section of the film resistor. As thus magnetic interaction between separate sites of cross section changes equivalent inductance of a resistive film also changes. In this work the algorithm of calculation of the equivalent inductance taking into account non-uniform distribution of currents is given. It is shown that at thickness of a film much less than skin layer and preservation of parameters of blocks on which the cross section is broken, equivalent inductance decreases on 5% in comparison with inductance on zero frequency.","PeriodicalId":197337,"journal":{"name":"2005 5th International Conference on Microwave Electronics: Measurement, Identification, Applications","volume":"404 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122819286","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
