Nowadays the following models of such communication channels are known: 1. With casually changing signal phase. 2. With smooth (general) fading. 3. With multiplicative noise error. 4. With selective fading. Each class is characterized by its own model that makes it difficult to generally analyze a communication channel with variable parameters. In this connection the necessity arises to construct a universal model for identification of channels of all classes. At that AFC and PFC for SS could have a complicated character [1]. In the given work the selective system with the high slope grade of AFC at its relatively smooth form was synthesized.
