Cognitive radio (CR) technology was introduced into the smart grid communication system. By perceiving the situation of the external communication environment, the frequency band and bandwidth of the application were adjusted to improve the spectrum utilization. The application of spectrum sensing technology in the wireless communication network of smart grid was studied. On the basis of the existing spectrum sensing algorithm, the strategy of selecting the perceptual algorithm was optimized according to the different business requirements. The results showed that the proposed optimization model had a high accuracy in spectrum sensing. It reduced the probability of communication interrupt. Under this model, the lively sensor nodes as cluster-nodes in the events-area are chosen as cluster-nodes in the events-area, and the energy optimum node are taken as cluster head. In this way, the cluster head organizes the sensor network. Simulation results show that EREOC has not keeps high efficiency of using the network energy, but also balances the energy consumption to improve the energy efficiency. Internet of things (IoT) is designed based on the wireless sensor network technology, radio frequency identification RFID technology, and it can be used in many areas, such as object recognition, intelligent monitoring. Furthermore, IoT contains three layers: 1) Application layer, 2) Network layer, and 3) Perceptive layer. Next, we analyze requirements of state monitoring for power equipment and then provide an effective solution. In order to accurately measure the impulse noise generated during firing of guns and other weapons, a remote operation and wide area shock wave and noise test system is designed. Through the compatibility design of the front-end conditioning module, the switch input of the full bridge differential signal and single ended signal is realized, and the acquisition device is built based on the LXI1.4 standard, realizing the remote control of the regulator. The test system is completed at the same time of measuring shockwave and noise, the two curves, the equivalent sound pressure level size. Precious work has figured out that to a given network, the minimum number of driver node is fixed and determined mainly by the network's degree distribution. Articulation point in a network is the node whose removal will disconnect whole network. Thus, articulation point plays a vital role in network controlling. Moreover, the fraction of articulation point can be the evaluation standard of connectivity and robustness of many real-world network. Here we apply a theoretical framework to analysis the effect of articulation point on network controllability.
