The DC fault arc in photovoltaic power generation system has its own characteristics. The location of DC arc is easy to occur in the photovoltaic system structure, the line is long, and the arc generation is stochastic. Due to the limitation of sensors, the traditional detection methods of physical phenomena such as sound, light and electromagnetic radiation, which are accompanied by arc discharge, have shortcomings such as limited detection range and narrow application scope. Based on the contour extraction of the weld pool image under different welding speeds, the Roundness characteristic parameter is proposed to describe the phenomenon of weld pool over melted. The results show that the FCM-CV algorithm eliminates the problem that the CV model is sensitive to the initial contour, and the FCM-CV algorithm can extract the contours of the weld pool under different technological conditions with good adaptability and stability. It uses tourist ecological footprint model (TEFM) to optimize the non-linear characteristic indexes that affect the demand for sports tourism destinations, and then obtain the initial data for predicting the demand for sports tourism destinations. Then it adopts the multi-objective decision-making theory to conduct trade mediation for the long-term conflict of sports tourism destinations. Finally, through TEFM it makes compensation for sports tourism destinations for long-term conflicts. While paying attention to the location information of scenic spots, it extracts brief and general descriptive paragraphs of scenic spots which are taken as descriptive texts of scenic spots, which is of academic reference value for textual information extraction beyond the current entity triple. The experiments are conducted respectively from perspective of the location relation, the affiliation, and the relation of creation of time. When only considering the location relation and rules of the affiliation, the accuracy rate is 90.85%, the recall rate is 85.43%, and the F value is 88.06%.
