Under this model, the lively sensor nodes as cluster-nodes in the events-area are chosen as cluster-nodes in the events-area, and the energy optimum node are taken as cluster head. In this way, the cluster head organizes the sensor network. Simulation results show that EREOC has not keeps high efficiency of using the network energy, but also balances the energy consumption to improve the energy efficiency.
