The program encompassed face-to-face, e-mail, combined face-to-face and e-mail. The face-to-face program was full day training about strengthening relationship, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and stress management. 206 participants completed both the baseline assessment and the three months follow-up were included in the mixed design repeated measure ANOVA analysis. Result showed significant factor between groups was communication subscale in the SCAT instrument group effect (p =0.030). However, there was a significant result for interaction of some scales with socio-demographic factors, such as relationships with gender, role with years of experience, role with age group, and change with age group. Current study developed a workplace psychosocial risk management module. Study discovered a positive variation and efficiency for combined face-to-face and email group. This research recommends combining organizational intervention with individual intervention to manage all workplace psychosocial risks..

We all have knowledge of healthy practices, but most of us do not understand them well enough to follow them diligently. The proposed new concept of Personal Energy Audit (PEA) through energy labeling can address the problem of non-adherence to healthy lifestyles and can help in environment conservation. \u0000Aims and Objective: This novel concept can have potential in achieving targets of healthy living and environment conservation. The effect of environment on good health is a well-known fact, but the effect of bad health on environment is nobody’s concern. The time has come when we as an individual stop recognizing good health as a self-centered concept, but efforts put in to maintain good health can help to decrease the energy requirement of the nation and will indirectly put fewer burdens on natural resources. \u0000Personal Energy Audit (PEA) through Energy Labeling: The concept involves putting an energy label on all medicines and treatment devices used in the treatment of lifestyle diseases alongwith price tag so that person knows, how much energy is being consumed if good health is not maintained, thus resulting in the need for a particular treatment device or medicine (e.g. implant, stent, artificial joint etc.). \u0000Conclusion: The energy spent (in terms of medicine /device manufacturing, manpower requirement, infrastructure requirements) on treatment of these life style diseases can be saved by healthy living and will help to create positive energy balance. The day is not far when we might be questioned by our peers, if we are not maintaining good health.

Only two cases have been reported where these reactions were associated with a benign teratoma. We report a new case where a sarcoid reaction is secondary to a thoracic schwannoma. \u0000Observation: During a uveitis assessment performed on a 53 year-old man who was not displaying any other symptoms, a thoracic schwannoma and mediastino-hilar lymph nodes were fortuitously discovered. Surgical resection of the schwannoma leads to a regression of the mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes without any other medical treatment. \u0000Conclusion: In case of thoracic schwannoma, a sarcoid reaction must be considered if mediastinal lymph nodes are present. Other similar cases are necessary to confirm the validity of this case report.

This "Stockholm Declaration" inscribed international concerns pointing at economic growth, pollution of the global commons (air, water, oceans) and the well-being of people around the world. Therefore, it is now obvious that a risk management strategy is a key issue for economic growth, the wealth development of nations in all activity sectors and well-being of employees. The insurance and management of these risks are key elements of the new economy of a sustainable service. The efficiency of sustainable development in occupational safety and health is conditioned by a thorough understanding and comprehensive of the activities characteristics that our societies face. Consequently, whatever the activity and size of the organization, the risk must be taken in the heart of the daily management of any company. In the absence of effective management of health and occupational safety, is the entire enterprise that is mismanaged: the health of the company is the health in the company. Thus, surrounded with clutter and inorganization is a source of inefficiency, waste of time, distraction or even frustration.

The positive reaction to diethyl thiourea was vesiculo-bullous, oedematous and significantly elevated and a spreading several centimeters outside the test area was noted. Starting less than 24h after the patch test application, itching erythematous, multiforme-like lesions appeared on the extremities. The lesions were interpreted as a manifestation of a systemic allergic contact dermatitis secondary to the patch tested allergen. As systemic corticosteroids are considered as doping, we had to treat him with topical clobetasol propionate. Systemic allergic contact dermatitis seems to be an extremely rare complication after patch testing. It has been reported after testing with some textile disperses dyes but not after testing with diethyl thiourea and is not described as a complication in major textbooks.
