Needs institutional management to achieve a prosperous life based on environmental conservation took place in the people as inhabitants hold a potential risk, bearer subject of 'deforestation and degradation or, in contrast, acts as a conservation agent of 'reforestation and revitalization' in the capacity of forestry landfill. This non-positivistic qualitative study revealed the unique actions of \"institutional and agroforestry\" actors. The approach takes a paradigm that places forest communities as the research subjects. These main subjects feel and then deal directly with all forestry problems regarding deforestation and land degradation. Those forest people who live and depend on forests need attention and social justice. The research process includes tracking history, organization, and interaction between or among the groups of forest farmers in their institutions. The authentic findings of this study are: It needs a real activity, norms and ethics for the business process. So it can foster a synergy of positive externality values in maintaining the traditional forest conservation rules. Furthermore, developing them suits the concept of agroforestry as productive farming in a sustainable environment and adaptive to the character of the forest's natural behaviour.","PeriodicalId":193666,"journal":{"name":"AMCA Journal of Community Development","volume":"57 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360304","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is the background why this needs to be studied. So the legal issues in the research are: How is the power of the executive principle in international arbitration decisions in terms of the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Implementing Foreign Arbitration Awards? The problems that arise in carrying out the execution of foreign arbitration awards in Indonesia?. This study uses a normative juridical research method using a doctrinal legal approach, which analyzes laws and regulations, legal theories, doctrines, legal principles, which are analyzed in the form of descriptions. The results of the study show that: basically the legal force of an international arbitral award which is final, binding and legally binding remains the same as a court decision that has permanent legal force. What makes the difference is that an international arbitral award does not have executive power before the award is registered and requested for executorial fiat at the Central Jakarta District Court. The problem that often arises in Indonesia is the use of reasons for decisions that are contrary to public order (public policy) to refuse the execution of decisions. So that in such circumstances the international community sees it as a legal uncertainty.","PeriodicalId":193666,"journal":{"name":"AMCA Journal of Community Development","volume":"193 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The type of data collected is only sourced from secondary data, namely from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (2022) and data from literature or libraries through the documentation method and literature study. Data analysis was carried out through statistical analysis methods and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the Pearson Correlation between economic growth and economic inequality was 0.696 (in Bengkulu) and 0.689 (in the Kepulauan Riau). The trend of economic growth and economic inequality in both provinces is decreasing. Bad influence (backwash effect) in the form of a global economic recession (economic downturn) and the case of the Covid-19 pandemic (2019 – 2020) are considered to be the cause of economic contraction in the form of a decrease in economic growth (the extreme occurred in 2020, with -0.02 in the provinces of Bengkulu and -3.80 in Kepulauan Riau province). The trend of economic inequality (measured by the Gini index) which has decreased from year to year is considered a form of an anomaly because it is considered contrary to the decline in economic growth at the same time.","PeriodicalId":193666,"journal":{"name":"AMCA Journal of Community Development","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131668577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
