The fundamental idea behind image enhancement is to change images informational content so that it is more suited for certain purposes. Image Enhancement is the most significant part of Digital Image Processing (DIP). It is required to mitigate noise, blur, color distortion and artifacts. There are a lot of development in every aspect of society indeed, but still, there is lack of reliable, complete clear and availability and flow of visual, text and audio information, which is sometimes life-threatening in many sensitive areas, Image enhancement technology very much depends upon the type of picture and the domain for which the image is going to be used. There is a requirement of reliable visual data in most sensitive areas such as medical, geographical, and social security, seismology and weather forecasting. Image improvement of low-light images has grown in importance as computer vision research has become more complex due to the increased demands of the field. In this paper, first the fundamental techniques of image enhancement has been reviewed for understanding purpose and then findings together with the many benefits and drawbacks of the mentioned approaches as well as the potential for further study in this field has been presented. More Emphasize on model-based techniques has been given in this article, since they are interpretable and don’t require labeled training data.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124795033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the cloud, there are many security compromises and account hijackings, resulting in severe vulnerabilities for the service. Cloud computing is one of the most popular on-demand services. Over the past decade, cloud computing has been incorporated into various industries, including health care and the military. Security has, however, been a major concern with cloud computing. There have been many approaches and security implications implemented. However, when it comes to the security and privacy of data, there are loopholes. By decentralizing the cloud, which is currently a centralized entity, the authors attempt to improve cloud security. It is possible to solve these problems by deploying a decentralized cloud. Client software encrypts, fragments data, and then a client engine distributes the data among a number of hosting nodes (servers) spread throughout the world. As a result, the user has complete ownership of his data. In their study, the authors found that decentralizing cloud solved most of the problems of centralized cloud, since it increases the security of data by fragmenting and encrypting fragments.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134442462","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The tech-savvy millennial and Generation-Z students, for what they are, demand substantial instructive changes. In recent times, the education system has also witnessed the flavors of the blended learning model. There have also been degrees and other programs that have completely changed to online. Teaching and evaluation for such modes have their own contextual and ethical challenges. Open book exams can be an effective strategy for assessments, closing the gaps in online learning mode. Every question designed must trigger the student's curiosity and make the process of learning exciting. Open book exams are an attempt to enhance problem-solving skills. When questions are based on problem and learning, they not only improve problem-solving capabilities but also endorse the development of critical thinking skills, team involvement, communication skills, writing and comprehending the reflections, and all of the mentioned along with understanding and applying the course content. This paper proposes upbeat, application-based, conceptual-derivation, game-based, and multiple answers as the question design framework elements keeping the above needs as objectives. The paper discusses the model and its results applied to the three-credit elective course - Model Thinking. The paper also discusses the attainment of the course with respect to course learning outcomes. The model has been effective in contributing positively towards the learning outcomes as measured through the t-test analysis.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132993376","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These routing protocols can either be static or dynamic in nature. Several researches have portrayed that dynamic routing is advantageous compared to static routing, namely in terms of scalability and adaptability. A dynamically routed network has the advantage to expand more easily while adjusting to the topology changes caused either by expansion or by the failure of one or more network elements. In this paper, we have analyzed three dynamic routing protocols namely Routing Information Protocol, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol, and Open Shortest Path First.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130539870","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It assesses the student holistically and helps students monitor their learning progress. It allows students to identify the gaps between their current knowledge and the skills they wish to acquire. These assessments have the scope to be automated, and such advancement will inevitably improve the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation process. Currently, some systems use a scoring guide and semantic meaning extractors to achieve this. There is a need for a solution that can analyze the answers written by students to help the instructor provide quality feedback. The proposed solution aims to help teachers and students by evaluating the students' responses and questions that the teacher will pre-set. This system will give relevant feedback to the student's explanatory answers. This feedback contains suitable keywords suggestions, the accuracy of the solution, peer comparison, and overall performance in the test. This test can be taken as often as required until the student achieves desirable performance, enabling relevant feedback. The test iterations can be as often as the teacher desires until the student reaches the desired performance. The experimental design was used to analyze the performance of the students. The results indicate significant improvements in the subsequent tests, including the feedback suggestion to the students.","PeriodicalId":193577,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd Edition of IEEE Delhi Section Flagship Conference (DELCON)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116601997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
