Tupol'skih","doi":"10.23947/itno.2018.2.389-394","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23947/itno.2018.2.389-394","url":null,"abstract":"The problem of establishing the authenticity and evaluation of the quality of alcoholic beverages in circulation in the Russian Federation has recently become particularly relevant. Like any other alcoholic product, fruit wines, ciders and Calvados are often subjected to counterfeiting. In the existing standard documents of the Russian Federation, physical and chemical parameters, norms and methods of testing are established, which allow to obtain results for the assessment of product compliance with the current standards. However, this amount of information is not always sufficient to detect falsification. In this regard, the purpose of this work was the analysis and determination of a set of methods of instrumental control over the composition of cider. The influence of the gaps in the drive chain couplings is taken into account. This creates an essential nonlinearity of the elastic characteristic. The influence of the magnitude of the angular clearance on the torques, loading the drive shafts, is investigated. Conditions under which existence of stable solutions like unilateral blow is possible are defined. A comparison of the resonant regimes of nonlinear and linear systems (without taking into account the gaps) is performed. The belt drive is widely used in various cars, including agricultural purpose. At design of drives at a stage of the outline sketch it is often necessary to carry out for the purpose of its optimization the choice of the engine (its type, power, frequency of turns), parameters of the belt drive: belts, pulleys. It is expedient to carry out variation at the choice of elements of transfer in the layout mode with use of three-dimensional models. It allows to choose the most successful option of an arrangement of components from the point of view of functional and operational characteristics and also economic feasibility. The library of the elements of the drive which are preferably presented in the form of three-dimensional models is necessary for the solution of this task. Such approach is connected with the fact that components of this transfer are standardized or completely, or their form and the sizes. Most of the processes in agriculture and in machines for post-harvest processing represent the movement of streams of bodies, connected both with each other and with the external environment. A special case is the finding of bodies on the grating.
