Umumnya limbah ini tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan. Untuk menanggulangi masalah terkait dengan minyak goreng bekas tersebut, maka dilakukan usaha agar limbah ini tidak mencemari lingkungan. Salah satu pemanfaatan minyak jelantah yang dilakukan adalah pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dari basis minyak jelantah. Lilin aromaterapi adalah lilin yang dibuat dengan cara menambahkan pewangi dengan berbagai tujuan dan manfaat yang dapat digunakan sebagai penyegar ruangan dan untuk menenangkan diri. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan lilin ini diikuti oleh anggota posyandu remaja di Desa Sibang Kaja Kecamatan Abiansemal. Peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberi penjelasan mengenai pembuatan produk lilin aromaterapi dengan nilai awal sebesar 77,2% dan nilai akhir sebesar 91,2%. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan selisih nilai pengetahuan rata-rata pretest dan postest peserta adalah sebesar 14%. Pelatihan akuntansi dasar dan penyusunan review ekonomi BUMDes merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengendalian keuangan di tingkat desa dan meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. BUMDes sebagai entitas ekonomi yang dikelola dengan bantuan masyarakat desa, memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan keuangan lokal. Namun, sering kali terjadi kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal manajemen ekonomi dan akuntansi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Service Learning. Pengabdian ini menggunakan service learning karena pengabdian ini bersifat kolaboratif antara mahasiswa dengan masyarakat atau BUMDes sehingga perubahan sosial dapat terwujud. The status as a premium tourist destination has increased the tourism industry in Labuan Bajo. Tourism development in Labuan Bajo needs to be followed by the quality of tourism industry services, including accommodation services. One form of accommodation service is homestay. One of the obstacles homestays face is the inability to provide quality services to guests. Therefore, homestay managers in Labuan Bajo need excellent service training for homestay management. The implementation of this community service activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. At the implementation stage, the method used is lectures and discussions about service quality (SERVQUAL) and the five components of SERVQUAL. The pre-test and post-test methods were also used to measure the increase in understanding. There are six questions for the pre-test and post-test sessions. The pre-test results showed that the average level of correctness of the answers reached 89%, and the post-test results reached 93%. The correctness of the answers in the pre-test and post-test sessions showed that the participants experienced an increased understanding of quality services. Based on the results of the implementation of this excellent service training activity, it is recommended that homestay managers need training activities to improve their ability and understanding of homestay managers. Handling the problem of wasting can be done in many ways, one of which is to carry out nutrition education that is right on target. Community service activities aim to provide knowledge about the effectiveness of supplementary feeding (PMT) in dealing with wasting problems in the form of educational media, namely the pocketbook \"Booklet\". The method carried out is nutrition education in the form of counseling using printed media \"Booklet\" which can be used as a daily guide. Providing material in the form of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers related to the material. The results showing of the activities carried out, it was found that many of the participants enthusiastically received the material presented and appreciated the pocketbook that was given. Nutrition education in the form of educative media-based counseling which is important to do, in addition to the program targets getting nutritional knowledge, the targets will also receive guidelines that can be used as a reference for the administration of supplementary feeding (PMT) for wasting toddlers. The goals of this program are to train students to create innovative and creative works that can support the enhancement of the added value of local products, first by opening up business opportunities, second by giving students the chance to start their own businesses before they graduate, and third by increasing the demand for taro crackers. Tools and materials, production strategies, product manufacturing procedures, team preparation, and marketing strategies and techniques are only a few of the approaches used to carry out the operations. In addition to producing additional value to meet household food demands, the practice of using taro to make crackers also produces economic benefits. In Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, the raw material for this taro cracker product is fairly accessible. In addition, hardly many people exploit this taro as a business opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions. In order to ensure the long-term viability of the taro cracker product industry, this can raise the value of this local food item as a stand-alone exceptional ingredient.
