Therefore, in this study, coconut shell waste will be used as additional material to test the compressive strength of bricks and determine the best percentage of coconut shell waste added in the brick mixture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding coconut shell waste on the strength of brick determination and to determine the best percentage of brick mixture with added shell waste. The research method used is an experimental method. The test results show that bricks with 3% and 4% coconut shell added materials are very influential on the compressive strength of bricks can provide a change of 6%. However, the addition of too many added materials causes a decrease in the compressive strength value of the bricks, because the added materials do not react with the brick mixture. The best percentage occurs in the addition of coconut shell fragments by 3% by producing an average brick compressive strength value of 11.63 Mpa.   \u0000Keywords: Brick, Compressive Strength, Coconut Shell \u0000  \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000 Pada saat ini penggunaan batako sebagai bahan penyusun dinding sudah mulai banyak digunakan, hal ini karena proses pembuatannya yang lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan dengan pembuatan batu bata merah. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dipakai limbah tempurung kelapa yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan tambah pengujian kuat tekan batako dan menentukan persentase terbaik dari limbah tempurung kelapa yang ditambahkan dalam campuran batako. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan limbah tempurung kelapa terhadap kuat tekab batako dan untuk mengetahui persentase terbaik campuran batako dengan bahan tambah limbah tempurung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental. Hasil pengujian menunjukan batako dengan bahan tambah tempurung kelapa 3% dan 4% sangat berpengaruh terhadap kuat tekan batako mampu memberikan perubahan sebesar 6%. Akan tetapi dengan penambahan bahan tambah terlalu banyak menyebabkan penurunan terhadap nilai kuat tekan batako, dikarenakan bahan tambah tidak bereaksi dengan campuran batako. Therefore, research was conducted on the effect of drying and wetting cycle on clay shear strength. The purpose of this study was to calculate the effect of drying and wetting cycle on clay shear strength. The research method used is an experimental method and simulation numerical. The results showed that the effect of drying and wetting cycle makes the soil shear strength small or reduced. The highest shear strength is obtained when the optimum moisture content is 6.88 kPa. At the time of reduction in moisture content or drying process from optimum moisture content by 7.5% and 15%, soil shear strength results decreased or decreased by 0.70 kPa and 2.71 kPa respectively. Meanwhile, when adding water content from the optimum moisture content or wetting process by 25% and 32.5%, the shear strength results also decreased or decreased by 3.45 kPa and 2.71 kPa, respectively. \u0000 Keywords: Longsoran, Drying, Wetting, Kuat Geser, Uji Triaksial \u0000        \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Tanah longsor yang terjadi di Kota Pagar Alam diakibat oleh curah hujan yang tinggi dan siklus basah kering juga merupakan salah satu penyebab melemahnya sifat mekanik tanah lempung di daerah tersebut sehingga menyebabkan longsoran. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh drying and wetting cycle terhadap kuat geser tanah lempung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung pengaruh drying and wetting cycle terhadap kuat geser tanah lempung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan simulasi numerik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh drying and wetting cycle membuat kuat geser tanah menjadi kecil atau berkurang. Kuat geser tertinggi diperoleh pada saat kadar air optimum yaitu sebesar 6,88 kPa. Pada saat pengurangan kadar air atau proses drying dari kadar air optimum sebesar 7,5% dan 15%, hasil kuat geser tanah menurun atau mengecil masing-masing 0,70 kPa dan 2,71 kPa. These values are influenced by several things, including groundwater level and soil stiffness. Since soil dynamic properties value varies by liquefaction, there is a need for laboratory research to specifically investigate the effect of degree of saturation and number of loads on shear modulus and damping ratio of sand. Cyclic Triaxial and Centrifuge tests were conducted to determine shear modulus and damping ratio under cyclic loading. For the Cyclic Triaxial test, Sekarsuli sand with 49,20% density, 50%, 75%, 100% degree of saturation, and two types of loading (10 and 20 cyclic) were used. Centrifuge test was conducted using 4 layers of Toyoura sand with 60% density, fully saturated, and two types of shaking (24 Hz and 30 Hz). The results revealed that shear modulus value increased as depth increased. The greater the number of cyclic applied, the shear modulus value increased, while the value of the damping ratio decreased. Centrifuge test also showed that, under fully saturated condition, the greater load applied, soil stiffness gradually decreased and shear strain increased. In this study, testing the addition of superplasticizers to the foam concrete mixture was carried out, by analyzing the effect of adding superplasticizers as much as 0.3% of the amount of cement on the process of setting time and compressive strength of foam concrete. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of adding superplasticizers as much as 0.3% of the amount of cement on the process setting time and compressive strength of foam concrete. In this study, the method used was an experimental method. The results showed that the addition of superplasticizers to the concrete mixture can make the cement binding time longer than without the addition of superplasticizers to the concrete mixture. While in testing the compressive strength of concrete, there is a significant increase in concrete strength in concrete variations with the addition of superplasticizers, this is because the use of added superplasticizers can reduce water use so that the cement water factor becomes lower and improves concrete quality. \u0000 Keywords: Concrete Foam, Superplasticizer, Compressive Strength \u0000  \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000 Produk baru beton ringan yang mempunyai berat jenis rendah yang semakin banyak digunakan dalam dunia konstruksi yakni beton busa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian penambahan superplasticizer pada campuran beton busa, dengan menganalisis pengaruh penambahan superplasticizer sebanyak 0,3% dari jumlah semen terhadap proses setting time dan kuat tekan beton busa. Dengan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengatahui pengaruh penambahan superplasticizer sebanyak 0,3% dari jumlah semen terhadap proses setting time dan kuat tekan beton busa. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan adanya penambahan superplasticizer kedalam campuran beton dapat membuat waktu ikat semen lebih lama dibandingkan tanpa penambahan superplasticizer kedalam campuran beton. Lightweight concrete weighs between 1000-2000 kg/m3. So that when used in high-rise building projects it can reduce the building's own weight which will have an impact on the calculation of the foundation. The latest innovation from lightweight concrete is by adding an added ingredient, namely kaolin. Kaolin is a clay or clay mineral that contains several layers of aluminum silica. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding kaolin material to the compressive strength of lightweight concrete and to determine whether kaolin can be used as an additive to lightweight concrete. The results showed that the weight of concrete in a mixture of kaolin 5%, 10%, 15%, and 60% Styrofoam at the age of 28 days was 1.836 kg/m, 1.845 kg/m, 1.852 kg/m. The average compressive strength of a mixture of kaolin 5%, 10%, 15%, and 60% Styrofoam has an average compressive strength of 8.28 Mpa, 8.46 Mpa, 10.11 Mpa. It can be concluded that kaolin and Styrofoam mixed concrete can be used in light structural construction. Because the weight of the lightweight concrete tested is smaller than normal concrete and meets the predetermined requirements, namely the concrete density between 1000-2000 kg/m2. Compressive strength of lightweight concrete with a mixture of 60% Styrofoam and 5%, 10%, 15% kaolin. The results of the compressive strength and weight of concrete that vary at the use of 15% are higher than 5% and 10%. So it is concluded, kaolin can be used as a mixture additive in lightweight concrete. \u0000 Keywords: lightweight concrete, kaolin \u0000  \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Beton merupakan material yang sangat penting dan memiliki sifat tekan yang khas, dari segi beratnya beton dikelompokan menjadi beton normal dan beton ringan. Beton ringan memiliki berat antara 1000-2000 kg/m3. Sehingga apabila digunakan pada proyek bangunan tinggi dapat mengurangi berat sendiri bangunan yang akan berdampak pada perhitungan pondasi. Inovasi terbaru dari beton ringan yaitu dengan menambahkan bahan tambah yaitu kaolin. Kaolin merupakan salah satu mineral tanah liat atau lempung yang mengandung beberapa lapis aluminium silica. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan material kaolin terhadap kuat tekan beton ringan dan mengetahui apakah kaolin dapat digunakan sebegai bahan tambah beton ringan. \u0000Hasil penelitian didapat berat beton pada campuran kaolin 5%, 10%, 15%, dan Styrofoam 60% pada umur 28 hari sebesar 1,836 kg/m³, 1,845 kg/m³, 1,852 kg/m³. Other than planning, cost and time control are part of the overall construction project management. In addition to the assessment in terms of quality, the presentation of a project can also be assessed in terms of cost and time. In the implementation of construction project work, the possibility of delays is large enough so that the schedule for the realization of project implementation often deviates between the plan and realization as stated in the work contract on the Bracing Work Project for Reinforcement of Piles of Betung Ship Toll Project Package I Section IA STA 332+250 – STA 332+600. In this study, Performance Analysis Against Time and Cost with the Earned Value Analysis Method on the Bracing Pile Reinforcement Project for the KAPB Toll Project, the results of time performance in month 1 from the aspect of the schedule experienced delays indicated by the Schedule Variant (SV) was negative. until the last 15th month Rp -4,543,585,000,24. As well as the performance of the cost of implementing this project, the cost is greater than the planned cost, this is indicated by the negative Cost Variance (CV) indicator of Rp -805,675,000.  Keywords: Time, Cost, and the concept of the value of the results (Earned Value concept).                                                                             ABSTRAK  Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian pekerjaan dimana setiap aspek pekerjaan di dalamnya saling mempengaruhi. Seperti perencanaan, pengendalian biaya dan waktu merupakan bagian dari manajemen proyek konstruksi secara keseluruhan. Selain penilaian dari segi kualitas, presentasi suatu proyek dapat juga dinilai dari segi biaya dan waktu. Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi kemungkinan terjadinya keterlambatan cukup besar sehingga jadwal realisasi pelaksanaan proyek sering terjadi deviasi antara rencana   dan realisasi yang tertuang dalam kontrak kerja pada Proyek Pekerjaan Bracing Perkuatan Tiang Pancang Proyek Tol KAPB Paket I Seksi IA STA 332+250 – STA 332+600. Dalam penelitian ini analisa kinerja terhadap waktu dan biaya dengan Metode Earned Value Analysis pada Proyek Pekerjaan Bracing Perkuatan Tiang Pancang Proyek Tol Kapal Betung ini di dapat hasil kinerja waktu pada bulan ke 1 dari aspek jadwal   mengalami keterlambatan yang ditunjukan oleh Varian Jadwal (SV) bernilai negative sampai bulan terakhir ke 15 Rp -4.543.585.000,24. Serta kinerja biaya pelaksanaan proyek ini mengeluarkan lebih besar dari biaya rencana, hal ini ditunjukan dari indikator Varian Biaya (CV) bernilai negatif sebesar Rp -805.675.000.
