The growth of functional areas such as residential, commercial, and service activities shows an increasing trend. If this condition is not anticipated, it will lead to sprawl urban growth, environmental degradation, and local disasters. Therefore, an evaluation of land development capacity is needed as a tool to control land use and provide guidance in spatial planning, considering the physical environmental aspects. To assess the land development capacity, several factors need to be evaluated, including Satuan Kemampuan  Lahan (SKL). The assessment of SKL considers various physical environmental factors such as slope level, land morphology, existing land use, rainfall, soil type, and geology. Each factor is assigned a score based on its respective parameters as stated in Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 20/PRT/M/2007. The analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive approach integrated with spatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The research results indicate that the Rupit Urban Area in 2022 has a good land development capacity class. This is evidenced by the proportion of high and moderately high land development capacity classes covering 59 percent of the total area. The moderate land development capacity class accounts for 38 percent of the total area. It can be concluded that the current trend of urban development in the built-up area is still highly suitable, especially for agricultural development. Therefore, it needs to be allocated properly in the upcoming spatial planning to achieve a well-structured and sustainable spatial arrangement that is Safe, Comfortable, Productive, and Sustainable.\u0000 Keywords : Satuan Kemampuan Lahan, Land Development Capacity, Spatial Planning\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Penelitian ini didasarkan pada perkembangan wilayah Kawasan Perkotaan Rupit yang pesat. Pertumbuhan kawasan fungsi budidaya seperti kegiatan permukiman serta perdagangan dan jasa menunjukkan tren yang meningkat. Kondisi ini bila tidak diantisipasi, maka akan memunculkan pertumbuhan kota yang sprawl, memicu degradasi lingkungan serta  bencana lokal. Maka, diperlukan suatu evaluasi terhadap kemampuan pengembangan lahan yang dapat menjadi alat pengontrol penggunaan lahan dan arahan dalam penyusunan rencana tata ruang dilihat dari aspek fisik lingkungan. Supaya dapat mengetahui kemampuan pengembangan lahan perlu dilakukan penilaian pada beberap faktor antara lain Satuan Kemampuan Lahan (SKL). Penilaian terhadap SKL mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor fisik lingkungan antara lain tingkat kelerengan, bentuk morfologi lahan, penggunaan lahan eksisting, curah hujan, jenis tanah dan geologi. Changes in land use can cause environmental impacts such as changes from vacant land or shrubs to residential land. The method used in this study is by using spatial comparative analysis which overlays spatial data sourced from high-resolution satellite imagery in 2018 and 2022. Based on these data there is a total land change of 58.31 Ha with a dominance of land change to landfill. covering an area of 23.48 Ha while land conversion into settlements covering an area of 14.37 Ha with 572 built houses. This land change in area is dominated by paddy fields with an area of 43.48 Ha of converted paddy fields.\u0000 Keywords: changes, landuse, GIS, landconversion\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Perubahan dalam penggunaan lahan merupakan suatu hal yang pasti seiring dengan bertambahnya penduduk baik dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup maupun dalam kebutuhan akan tempat bermukim. Perubahan penggunaan lahan ini dapat menimbulkan dampak lingkungan seperti perubahan dari lahan kosong atau belukar ke lahan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis komparasi spasial yang meng-overlay data spasial yang bersumber pada citra satelit resolusi tinggi di tahun 2018 dan 2022. Berdasarkan data tersebut terdapat perubahan lahan total seluas 58,31 Ha dengan dominasi perubahan lahan menjadi lahan timbunan seluas 23,48 Ha sedangkan perubahan lahan menjadi permukiman seluas 14,37 Ha dengan rumah terbangun sebanyak 572 unit. However, along the road, it is filled with workshop activities which make the face of the city of Palembang not neatly arranged. For this reason, the government feels the need to make efforts to organize the area and aims to indirectly change workshop activities in the area. To make these changes, inclusive actions are needed to avoid conflicts and large costs, the effort made is to carry out pedestrian arrangements. After observations through digital footprints, it was found that the design that was presented of its operation had quite a good impact, where shop that several shops that underwent changes and pedestrian arrangements made tourism activities quite busy at night, but the situation and condition of the pandemic that occurred were felt to make the business being carried out not running optimally.\u0000Keyword : Design, Palembang, Pedestrian\u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Fokus penelitian ini adalah membuktikan bahwa dengan desain yang dihadirkan mampu merubah aktifitas di Kawasan tersebut. Jalan Jenderal Sudirman merupakan poros utama menuju icon kota Palembang yaitu Jembatan Ampera, Namun hampir sepanjang jalan tersebut dipenuhi dengan aktifitas perbengkelan yang cukup aktif. Pemerintah Kota Palembang merasa perlu untuk merubah aktifitas tersebut dengan harapan dapat merubah wajah kota menjadi lebih baik, rapi dan tertata dan juga menngkatkan pendapatan dari sektor pariwisata, namun untuk melakukan perubahan tersebut diperlukan Tindakan yang bersifat inclusive sehingga menghindari konflik dan biaya yang besar maka usaha yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penataan pedestrian. Geopolymer concrete is an innovative concrete by replacing some cement binders with industrial waste such as fly ash. In addition, the manufacture of foam concrete is widely used in industrial building construction, especially in the walls of earthquake buildings and energy-efficient buildings. Geopolymer foam concrete is a modification of geopolymer concrete with foam concrete. Geopolymer foam concrete is made by combining a geopolymer mixture in the form of a 14 Molar solution of NaOH and Na2SiO3 as an activator with a ratio of 2.5 and fly ash as a precursor, then adding foam formed from a foaming agent and water with a ratio of 1:20, 1:30, 1:40. The quality of the foam used in the mix for making concrete affects the specific gravity, compressive strength and durability of geopolymer foam concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the structural ability of geopolymer foam concrete against environmental conditions exposed to sulfate by using several variations in the ratio of foaming agent and water. The results of the endurance test showed that the specimen after being exposed to sulfuric acid for 56 days had a decrease in the mass of the test object for the ratios of foaming agent and water 1:20, 1:30, 1:40 which were 7.64%, 7.90% and 8.56 %. The ratio of foaming agent and water in the manufacture of smaller foam indicates better specific gravity, compressive strength and durability against sulfate attack.\u0000Keywords: Geopolymer, fly ash, foam concrete, durability, sulfit acid\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000 Geopolimer merupakan material polimer anorganik yang kaya akan silika dan alumina dan mengalami proses polimerisasi. Beton geopolimer adalah beton inovasi dengan mengganti sebagian bahan pengikat semen dengan limbah industri seperti fly ash. Selain itu, pembuatan beton busa banyak digunakan dalam konstruksi bangunan industri, terutama pada dinding bangunan gempa dan bangunan hemat energi. Geopolymer foam concrete merupakan modifikasi dari beton geopolimer dengan beton busa. Geopolymer foam concrete dibuat dengan menggabungkan campuran geopolimer berupa larutan 14 Molar NaOH dan Na2SiO3 sebagai aktivator dengan rasio perbandingan 2,5 dan fly ash sebagai prekursor, kemudian menambahkan busa yang terbentuk dari foaming agent dan air dengan rasio perbandingan 1:20, 1:30, 1:40. Kualitas busa yang digunakan dalam campuran pembuatan beton mempengaruhi berat jenis, kuat tekan dan durabilitas geopolymer foam concrete. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan struktur geopolymer foam concrete terhadap kondisi lingkungan terpapar sulfat dengan menggunakan beberapa variasi rasio foaming agent dan air. The construction of sheet piles gradually started in the Ulu section and then continued in the Ilir musi section which is centered in the center of the city. The sheet piles at 9-10 Ulu, 11-14 Ulu and 16 Ilir are still functioning, but until now never sheet pile maintenance has been carried out. This is indicated by damage to several main structural components and supporting structures. The purpose of this study is to determine the volume of damage that occurs and then to analyze the cost of sheet piles repair. This study aims to obtain the cost of sheet pile repair which is a step of sheet pile maintenance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method where the data is obtained through field surveys so that the volume of damage that occurs in the field is obtained. From the results of the calculation of the Real Needs for Operation and Maintenance (AKNOP) in the field for the cost of repairing musi sheet piles at 9-10 Ulu the cost was 132,735,000.00 due to the large amount of damage to the main structure on the floor slab and supporting structures on the fence railing. The cost of repairing the sheet pile at 9-10 Ulu is higher than the cost of repairing the sheet pile at 11-14, which is Rp. 101,334,000.00 and Rp. 75,981,000.00 for sheet pile in 16 ilir.  Keywords : Sheet pile, cost of repairs, Palembang city   ABSTRAK Turap musi terletak di tepian sungai Kota Palembang memiliki fungsi sebagai perkuatan tebing. Pembangunan turap secara bertahap mulai dibagian Ulu lalu dilanjutkan di bagian Ilir musi yang berpusat di tengah kota. Turap yang berada di 9-10 Ulu, 11-14 Ulu dan 16 Ilir saat ini masih berfungsi layanannya namun hingga saat ini belum pernah diadakan pemeliharaan turap lebih lanjut. Hal ini ditunjukan terjadi kerusakan di beberapa komponen struktur utama maupun struktur pendukung. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besaran volume kerusakan yang terjadi lalu dianalisis untuk biaya perbaikan turap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan biaya perbaikan turap dimana sebagai langkah dari pemeliharaan turap. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana data yang didapatkan melalui survei lapangan sehingga didapatkan volume kerusakan yang terjadi di lapangan Dari hasil perhitungan Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (AKNOP) di lapangan untuk biaya perbaikan turap musi yang berada di 9-10 Ulu memiliki biaya sebesar yaitu 132.735.000,00 dikarenakan banyaknya kerusakan pada struktur utama yang ada pada plat lantai dan struktur pendukung pada railing pagar. The location of this research is located in the Sekip Jaya village, Kemuning sub-district watershed area, Palembang city. A total of 11 GCP points were measured in this study. However, in the orthorectifications process only 5 GCP points were used. The DEM accuracy stage by taking the remaining 6 samples as ICP points obtained from field measurements as comparison data. The results of the accuracy test calculation are obtained in the formula regulated in BIG Regulation No.6 of 2018. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results of the vertical accuracy of the LE90 Orthophoto aerial photo of 4.5 m were obtained in the class 3 category with a map scale of 1:10,000.\u0000 \u0000Keywords : GCP, ICP, DEM, Orthorectification, Orthophoto\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Dalam penelitian dilakukan pengumpulan data meliputi pemotretan udara dan pengukuran titik GCP. Namun pada proses ortohrektifikasi menggunakan 5 titik GCP Tahap akurasi DEM dengan mengambil sisa 6 sampel sebagi titik ICP yang digunakan untuk data pebanding nilai Z pengukuran dengan Nilai Z pada DEM foto udara. Hasil perhitungan uji ketelitian menggunakan  rumus yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan kepala BIG No.6 tahun 2018. The purpose of this research is to determine the parameters and geometric design of the GKB access road as a design recommendation in constructing campus for support facilities. Geometric design is carried out using AutoCAD Civil 3D student version, including determining design parameters, horizontal alignment and vertical alignment. Design of the access road to the GKB in Lampung State Polytechnic resulted in a flat road with a Class III type 2/2 with deviden of road classification with a design speed of 20 km/hour. Road width of 2.75 meters and a shoulder of 0.5 meters. The horizontal alignment design produces 2 tracks. Track 1 as the main route and trase 2 as the road to the GKB parking facility with total length of 237 meters. Both of trase are connected by an intersection at STA 0+051.Based on an analysis of the existing conditions in the field from measuring data using a Total Station tool, it is possible to design a straight trase road alignment between tracks 1 and 2, so no curved/bend designs are needed. The vertical alignment design produces 2 vertical curves, which consist of 1 convex curve and 1 concave curve. The use of Autocad Civil 3D is very helpful and simplifies the road planning process so that the design process can be carried out in a shorter time.\u0000 Keywords : Geometric, Alignment horizontal, alignment vertikal, AutoCAD Civil 3D\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000 Salah satu upaya dalam peningkatan fasilitas kegiatan pembelajaran di Politeknik Negeri Lampung adalah dengan penyediaaan sarana ruang kelas dan praktikum yang direalisasikan dalam pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Bersama (GKB). Perencanaan jalan akses yaitu geometrik jalan sebagai upaya peningkatan aksesibilitas para akademisi Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan parameter desain dan perencanaan geometrik jalan akses GKB sebagai rekomendasi desain dalam melakukan pembangunan fasilitas pendukung kampus. Perencanaan geometrik dilakukan menggunakan AutoCAD Civil 3D student version, meliputi penentuan parameter desain, desain alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertical. Perencanaan jalan akses Gedung Kuliah Bersama Politeknik Negeri Lampung menghasilkan jalan bermedan datar dengan klasifikasi jalan kelas III tipe 2/2-TT dengan kecepetan rencana 20 km/jam dan lebar jalan 2,75 meter bahu 0,5 meter. This pedestrian has undergone repairs and additional facilities and special facilities for disabilities. However, the Sudirman pedestrian is considered not yet to fill the pedestrian inclusiveness rules, so further studies are needed on the feasibility of the inclusivity value on the Sudirman pedestrian in Palembang City by looking at the existing problems according to the pedestrian inclusivity value variables, that is accessibility, comfort, and safety. Methods of data collection obtained through secondary data and primary data based on observations. Obtained that the Sudirman Pedestrian is considered not yet inclusive because there is still much that needs to be fixed in terms of accessibility, comfort and safety. In terms of accessibility, it was found that pedestrians have not provided facilities for the needs of persons with disabilities and it is difficult for wheelchair users to access it. In terms of convenience, it is considered uncomfortable for persons with disabilities who use public transportation (transmusi) because it is not disabled friendly and has not been connected between bus stops and pedestrians, while for security there is still a lack of lighting at night for pedestrians which can lead to criminal acts.\u0000 Keywords : inclusivity, pedestrian, pedestrian sudirman\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Kota Palembang terdapat jalur pejalan kaki atau pedestrian yang terletak di tengah kota dan merupakan salah satu jalur utama perkotaan di Kota Palembang yaitu pedestrian yang berada pada kawasan Jalan Jendral Sudirman. Pedestrian ini telah mengalami perbaikan dan penambahan sarana serta fasilitas khusus untuk disabilitas. Namun, pedestrian Sudirman dianggap belum memenuhi kaidah inklusivitas pedestrian sehingga dibutuhkan kajian lebih lanjut tentang kelayakan nilai inklusivitas pada pedestrian Sudirman Kota Palembang dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada sesuai dengan variabel nilai inklusivitas pedestrian yaitu aksesibilitas, kenyamanan, dan keamanan. Metode pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui data sekunder dan data primer berdasarkan hasil observasi. Didapatkan bahwa Pedestrian Sudirman dinilai belum inklusif karena masih banyak yang perlu dibenahi dari aksesibilitas, kenyamanan dan keamanan. Pada aksesbilitas didapatkan bahwa pedestrian belum menyediakan fasilitas untuk kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas dan sukar untuk diakses pengguna kursi rodi. Continuous development is often accompanied by land use changes that can affect the surrounding environment, leading to a reduction in green spaces, which in turn can trigger the phenomenon known as the Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect. Information on surface temperature can be obtained using remote sensing technology, specifically by utilizing the MODIS Terra Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity Daily Global 1km imagery. Remote sensing technology has rapidly advanced with the introduction of cloud-based image processing, such as the Google Earth Engine (GEE). GEE enables users to process images for free and can be done simply by utilizing an internet connection. Previously, image processing required specialized software and took a long time, as it involved downloading image data and required high-performance computers for smooth processing. This research aims to analyze surface temperature using GEE with the temperature algorithm available in the MODIS imagery. The results of this study provide the average surface temperature over an 8-year period in South Sumatra Province, with the highest temperatures predominantly found in Palembang City. The findings demonstrate that GEE can be utilized for analyzing surface temperature.\u0000Keywords : Land Surface Temperature ; Cloud Computation ; Google Earth Engine.\u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK\u0000Kenaikan suhu permukaan tanah dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti pertumbuhan penduduk yang diikuti dengan pembangunan infrastruktur. Pembangunan yang terjadi secara terus-menerus tidak akan lepas dari alih fungsi lahan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi lingkungan di sekitarnya yang menyebabkan berkurangnya Ruang Terbuka Hijau sehingga dapat memicu munculnya fenomena yang dikenal dengan Urban Heat Island (UHI). Informasi suhu permukaan tanah dapat diperoleh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi penginderaan jauh yaitu dengan menggunakan citra MODIS Terra Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity Daily Global 1km. Teknologi di bidang penginderaan jauh telah berkembang pesat dengan hadirnya pengolahan citra berbasis komputasi awan yang dikenal dengan Google Earth Engine (GEE). GEE memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pengolahan citra secara gratis dan dapat dilakukan hanya dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Pengolahan citra yang sebelumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus dilakukan proses unduh data citra, selain itu dibutuhkan komputer yang memiliki performa tinggi agar pengolahan dapat berjalan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis suhu permukaan tanah menggunakan GEE dengan algoritma suhu yang terdapat pada citra MODIS. Lematang yang merupakan jalan penghubung antara Kota Lahat dengan Kota Pagaralam, dimana hal ini terbukti dengan adanya daerah longsoran yang telah terjadi. Dalam hal ini penelitian, dilakukan untuk mencari nilai factor aman lereng, dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan agar tingkat kelongsoran yang sering terjadi di jl Lematang Kota Pagaralam dapat di tanggulangi ataupun menjadi salah satu peringatan dini dengan diketahuinya nilai factor aman lereng tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 3 titik, dimana pada 3 titik tersebut diambil lokasi studi yang telah mengalami kelongsoran dan yang belum mengalami kelongsoran, selain itu disini juga akan dimodelkan geometri lereng dengan kondisi yang sesuai dengan kondisi existing dan dengan memvariasikan geometri lereng pada masing-masing titik. Metode yang akan diambil pada penelitian ini adalah metode Bishop yang disederhanakan, dan dengan aplikasi Slope/w 2012.
