It is shown that when throttling, the energy of the flow of a substance held back by a latch or valve does not perform any useful work. The method of solution based on the use of a frequency converter as part of a pump unit is considered, which allows setting the necessary pressure or flow rate, which ensures energy saving and reduction of losses of the transported substance. This modification provides privacy of the information which is transmitted via telecommunication channels between nodes of big data storage. This modification is founded on organization of secure channel which is based on homomorfic and asymmetric encryption. The first one is used for hiding the information and the second one is used for creation the encryption channel. It is suggested to use Mach-Zehnder modulator for corrective chirp adding. Corrective chirp is added by tapering the bias point of Mach-Zehnder modulator. Corrective chirp mathematical model is considered in the paper. Also mathematical model of the signal with corrective chirp that transmitted in Radio-over-Fiber systems is considered in the paper. Simulation model of suggested construction scheme of fiber optic section is considered. It is shown that, in the presence of model errors, the eigenvectors of the matrix of the mutual power spectral density of the sum of the signals and noise in terms of their stability and resolving power can differ significantly from each other. This influence becomes even more significant once transformer operates at high ambient temperature. Hence, development of an intelligent system that able to monitor the effect of environmental conditions on remained lifetime together with aging rate, and provide information in real time is substantial. This study is focused on an online system forecasting transformer aging rate and remained life. To evaluate the proposed model, simulation results are compared to calculations proposed by IEC standards.
