Its goal is to calculate the possibility of future connection between the currently unconnected nodes through the known topology and other information in the network. At present, most prediction algorithms are based on local similarity and focus on the common neighbors and degree of nodes without considering the impact of compactness between nodes on the prediction. For this reason, in this paper an improved link prediction algorithm, named as CCRA(Resource Allocation with Clustering Coefficient) is proposed by combining the local similarity property with clustering coefficient. Furthermore, the accuracy of this algorithm's prediction is verified through experiments on real data sets. Consequently, conclusion on this algorithm is derived thereby.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130885469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this research is to explore the dynamic mechanism of the Internet public opinion and provide necessary research support for grasping the evolution process of the Internet public opinion. This research uses the interaction ritual chains theory as the research framework, and selects the case study of the \"Learning Companion\" event in 2019. It is found that emotion stimulates the online expression of netizens, and promotes the connection between netizens and forms an online group. It has an impact on the Internet public opinion by driving netizens’ online behavior. Therefore, emotion is an important dynamic mechanism for the evolution of the Internet public opinion.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131348025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A large number of saliency models have been developed in recent years. Considering that these models use different prior knowledge, features, and theoretical methods, they have their own strengths and weaknesses in different images. Based on this observation, some works aim to fuse multiple weak saliency models based on different fusion strategies (Each saliency model in fusion framework is called a weak saliency model). However, these fusion methods lose effectiveness when image content is very complex, because they ignore the fact that various regions in an image have different characteristics in saliency fusion. Different with them, we propose a novel Region-level Saliency Fusion framework (RSF) by exploring the relationship between weak saliency models and image regions. For the input image and J weak saliency models, we firstly segment input image into N regions. Then, our goal is to learn to infer the reliability of using each weak saliency model to predict each image region saliency value. This way, we can select more reliable weak saliency models for each region to predict its saliency value. Finally, we use smoothness prior to further smooth the saliency map obtained by RSF. Experimental results on three datasets demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method than other state-of-the-art methods.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122535846","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researchers have conducted in-depth and meticulous study on hand-drawn manuscript recognition, generation, and retrieval. For the emotion-based line art colorization, facial expression should be also extracted from the image itself. To solve the recognition and colorization problem, this paper has proposed an algorithm with the DenseNet network for emotional recognition of anime faces and performed a two-stage interactive coloring method in view of superpixel color analysis features. Among them, the superpixel color analysis technology used a simple linear iterative clustering of SLIC algorithm. According to the experiment, the prompt color information of corresponding position could be generated through the emotion recognition result. After the prediction of superpixel color analysis by GAN (generative adversarial network), the original cartoon image could be rendered with suitable color scheme. The visualization results proved that our algorithm proposed would effectively realize the emotion-based line art colorization of high interactivity and reasonable color distribution.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"150 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122858170","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the number of videos on the Internet grows explosively, it is increasingly necessary for machines to understand the semantic information in the videos accurately. Temporally Activity Localization in a video is such a work which needs to localize the video moment that is most semantically similar to a given natural query. This task is quite challenging for that it not only requires to have a deep understanding of the sentences and videos, but also the fine-grained interactions between the two modalities. In this paper, we report a comprehensive survey of existed temporal sentence localization techniques. Firstly, we make a detailed classification and analysis of these methods. Then we discuss the experimental results and performance of existed approaches.
