To take advantage of the image texture being easy to hide the watermark, accurately locating the regions in an image with rich texture is significant. This paper proposes an optimized local image watermarking algorithm combining feature point and texture. The SURF feature points extracted from an image with moderate scales are selected to obtain initial watermark embedding regions. A scoring scheme by comprehensively analyzing texture, scale, and position of a region is proposed to evaluate the regions around each initial embedding region, and select the regions with the highest score from them to constitute the candidate embedding regions. Finally, the same watermarks are embedded in multiple non-overlapping embedding regions to guarantee the imperceptibility and improve the robustness. The simulation experiments on 100 images show the superiority of our proposed method compared with the state-of-the-art method in terms of imperceptibility and robustness.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125105810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Blockchain is used as an underlying architecture to develop the digital copyright depository system. The system is built to solve the existing problems of the copyright depository, such as ambiguous ownership, low cost of piracy, rampant piracy, and difficulty in copyright monitoring, protection and sharing. Digital verification technology, supervision nodes, Oracle service and smart contract are introduced to provide certification depository, flow tracking, rights protection and sharing services for digital content. A system performance test is carried out for the registration service and query service, and the results show that the throughput of the two services was 195 and 366 times / second respectively with zero failure rate. The blockchain-based copyright depository system has been developed into a software as a service (SaaS) platform--blockchain copyright depository platform and provides services for dozens of institutions and enterprises, such as Zhijiang Notary Office, Xinhua Zhiyun, Himalaya, etc.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125459728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, based on photographic composition of the image itself, we combine the aesthetic deep features with composition features by utilizing multi-task learning. We summarize a series of calculation formulas of the most classic photographic composition rules, such as the rule of thirds, and calculate the composition features and scores of the images. In multi-task learning module, we design double-column networks with static sharing structures. Features from different networks are fused by the method of soft parameter sharing. The composition score and the original aesthetic score of the image are used to supervise the training of the networks. Experiments on AVA-mini dataset show that the multi-task learning can make better use of the composition information of the image. Our method can outperform on the regression task of the image aesthetic quality assessment.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122270970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, QRCode is embedded in the scene change frames of videos based on the advantage of QRCode’s strong fault tolerance. Combined with the characteristic of high decoding reliability of QRCode, a strategy to terminate the extraction process in advance is proposed to improve the extraction efficiency of the watermark algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher extraction efficiency than the algorithm that directly uses character string as watermark.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130167513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to certain defects in single-modal information, we complemented audio and visual information to perform multi-modal emotion recognition. At the same time, the choice of different classifiers has different accuracy in the emotion classification experiment. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce a multi-modal emotion recognition system. After obtaining multi-modal features, use different classifiers for learning and training, and obtain Multi Layer Perceptron Classifier, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Classifier and Linear Discriminant Analysis four classifiers with high accuracy for multi-modal emotion recognition. In general, previous studies of 3D model Chinese ink painting style rendering mainly in two methods: Set up a mathematical model of brushstroke to simulate the pressure and diffuse of brush, which is usually used in interactive painting. Another method is rendering the model in two parts (contour line the interior area) to automatically convert the 3D model into 2D Chinese ink painting style images. Combine with the application scenarios, this paper used the second method. We had improved the traditional algorithm. In the contour line rendering part, freehand style contour line extraction and rendering algorithm are used, and user-defined contour line thickness and omission control are added to give the artist more creative space. We use the improved dye shader and noise map in the interior rendering. Our results show a better aesthetics effect and real-time character.","PeriodicalId":189809,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Culture-oriented Science & Technology (ICCST)","volume":"163 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114584469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
