Basically, religious human rights are one's freedom to embrace a religion that is believed to be true. Human Rights in the Perspective of Izwaji's Tafsir includes: First, the right of faith, including pledges by word of mouth, justification with the heart and justification through the deeds of the limbs. Second, the right to practice includes the principle of compliance, the principle of fulfillment, the right of principle and justice. Kurikulum senantiasa harus diubah karena perubahan masyarakat akibat kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Perubahan kurikulum harus berjalan kontinue agar tidak usang dan ketinggalan zaman. Tiap guru harus menentukan tafsirannya sendiri. Karena ada bermacam-macam definisi tentang kurikulum,. Pilihannya itu akan mempengaruhi konsepsinya tentang tugasnya sebagai pendidik. Ia dapat menganut pendirian yang tradisional, yaitu yang berpegang pada kurikulum yang didasarkan atas subjek atau mata pelajaran yang biasanya diberikan secara terpisah-pisah, atau progresif yaitu mempelajari ilmu untuk memecahkan masalah. Beberapa cara yang khusus dalam perubahan kurikulum secara praktis ialah (1) pilot project(2) membina kader (3) memanfaatkan guru yang telah menguasai cara baru (4) menyediakan alat pengajaran (5) memeperbarui buku pelajaran (6) kerjasama antara sekolah dan universitas (7) pembaharuan kurikulum pendidikan guru (8) mendemonstrasikan suatu pembaharuan (9) memulai pembaharuan dengan satuan pelajaran.Setiap kurikulum mempunyai keempat komponen yang berikut: (1) tujuan (2) pengetahuan (3) kegiatan pengalaman belajar (4) penilai. Keempat komponen itu saling berhubungan. Perubahan kurikulum sering merupakan suatu reaksi terhadap kurikulum yang ada. Tujuan kajian ini adalah mengetahui latar belakang lahirnya mata kuliah Studi Syariat Islam di Aceh dalam kurikulum UIN Ar-Raniry dan kompetensi yang diharapkan dicapai mahasiswa melalui mata kuliah ini. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi. Stakeholder (warek-1 dan direktur PPs UIN Ar-Raniry sekaligus Kepala Dinas Syariat Islam) serta 1 orang dosen sebagai subjek kajian. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah teori Miles dan Hubberman (reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan). This meaning exists in the offer of teaching solutions with an interfaith and cultural approach with a reflective method. It produces self-awareness that is Islamic education requiring not only teaching religion is essential, but also how to explore and understand more substantive religious values so that one day can become a more spiritual and humanist human being. The purpose of this research is to present text studies as a solution to the current cultural and religious diversity.
