In view of the current development status of the rare earth industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has begun to vigorously promote the effective combination of supply chain finance and local characteristic industries. This paper takes the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain with the core of China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech Co., Ltd. as the research object, and analyzes the risks that may occur in each link of each subject in the supply chain finance and explores the reasons. For this issue, this paper proposes a short-term traffic flow prediction method based on WT-IGWO-ELM. The algorithm uses the Wavelet Transform (WT) method to denoise the traffic flow data in advance, which improves the data quality of the dataset. Then, the IGWO algorithm, which integrates the initial population based on Sine chaotic map and reverse learning strategy, the adjustment of nonlinear convergence factor and the introduction of dynamic weights, is used to avoid local optimality more effectively, speed up the convergence speed, and improve the solution accuracy. Considering that the traditional linear regression model will produce strong multicollinearity among many variables. Therefore, ridge regression and Lasso regression model were firstly used to reduce the influence of multicollinearity between variables, and then variable selection was carried out. Finally, the two models were compared according to the analysis results, and the optimal analysis model was selected. The results show that compared with ridge regression model, lasso regression model has better goodness of fit, smaller error and better model. {"title":"Research on Fire Alarm System Based on Entropy Power Method and Topsis Superiority and Inferiority Solution Distance Method","authors":"Junyan Tian, Zhi-Ting Wu, Xin Qu","doi":"10.25236/ijndes.2023.070206","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25236/ijndes.2023.070206","url":null,"abstract":": According to the statistics of China Fire and Rescue Bureau, in 2021, 748,000 fires were reported to the national fire and rescue teams, with 1,987 deaths, 2,225 injuries and direct property losses of 6.75 billion yuan. The loss of these innocent lives and the loss of a large amount of property make us think while deploring: is there a more effective, scientific and accurate way to prevent the great harm caused by the occurrence of fire. The fire alarm system studied in this paper can be used to reduce the hazards. Firstly, the number of real fires is given 430 times by using three indicators of fire occurrence: address, machine number and loop. After selecting the high-frequency parts in the loop, machine number and component type respectively and finding their corresponding false alarm rate and failure rate, the evaluation weights are obtained using the entropy weight method. A comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy weight method is established to score each major component. Two most reliable components of the fire alarm system are obtained: the intelligent photoelectric probe and the manual alarm button. Next, the normalized management level of each fire brigade needs to be analyzed. First, the five important parameters of normalized average coverage rate, normalized component reliability, normalized component failure rate, normalized jurisdictional fire frequency (times/hour), and normalized false alarm rate are derived for each fire brigade. Take Iraq oil companies as an example, before joint operations with overseas oil companies from 2010, only the conventional logging technologies were mainly applied on site, but which can not provide enough support for the development of oil field. After 2010, the advanced logging technologies, such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) logging which are superior to conventional logging in some aspects, are introduced in order to support oil fields development effectively, and which actually makes good performance to direct the identification of non-pay zones, hidden effective zones and micro-fracture distributions. With the miniaturization of electronic components, traditional soldering methods cannot be completed. Reflow soldering technology can be used to complete the printing of tiny electronic components, and in this process, it is critical to the quality of the product to maintain the proper process temperature for each part of the reflow soldering. In this paper, how to achieve temperature control in this process is studied and solved by establishing a mathematical model about differential equations. First, by analyzing the heat transfer of air in the reflow oven, it is found that the air in the oven satisfies the heat transfer equation. Secondly, the temperature of the small temperature zone in the base data is used to obtain the temperature distribution in the furnace at steady state. Again, the temperature of the temperature zone and the speed of the conveyor belt are determined so as to achieve the minimum target area. By constructing the model of genetic algorithm, the area minimization is used as the fitness function. Finally, in this paper, we make the images on both sides from 217°C to the peak temperature as symmetrical as possible. Since the strong intermittency and fluctuation of wind power easily leads to the difficulty of real-time power balance in system operation and the relatively expensive cost of energy storage, this paper will take the high proportion of wind power system as an example to analyze the configuration and operation of energy storage. Firstly, the generation plan curve of the unit is drawn and the system unit power supply cost is calculated, and finally the reliability of the model and the quadratic planning algorithm is checked by genetic algorithm. Secondly, the solution with the lowest overall system cost is solved.
